Ketapang or its other name Tau-pang is the capital of Ketapang Regency in West Kalimantan of the Borneo Island in Indonesia. It is only a small river located on the delta of the Pawan River. This airport only accommodates domestic flights with destinations such as Pangkalan Bun, Pontianak, Semarang and Nanga Pinoh. Some of the airlines that operate here are Wings Air, Garuda Indonesia, Sui Air and several more. There are not many facilities available at this airport as it is rather small. Still, they do have a flight information counter, ATMs and also waiting for the area for the passengers and families. Those who wish to get into the city may opt for the taxi or bike ride called 'ojek’ waiting outside the airport.

There are also up to 250 bird species spotted and up to 30 types of orchids.
• Pulau Datok – Besides many beautiful forests, the city is also surrounded by a beautiful beach. Many tourists spend their time here sipping coconut water and enjoying good food available at the stalls there.
