Requesting Flight + Hotel Refund

If you need to cancel your Flight + Hotel booking, you need to cancel the Flight and the Hotel in your combination separately. This means you can also cancel either just the Flight or the Hotel in your combination.

Please log in and choose the specific booking that you would like to cancel, then click on Request Refund on the booking. If you use Traveloka App, tap Manage Booking to find the Refund button.

Note: Some flight or hotel reservations are non-refundable. Please make sure that you have read and understood the airline's and the hotel's policies.
