How to Check If My Extra Baggage Purchase Is Successful

After your extra baggage payment is confirmed, your updated baggage info will appear on your e-ticket. So, if you can see your extra baggage there, your purchase was successful.

How to check your baggage in your e-ticket:

1. Go to the Bookings page and tap your e-ticket.

2. Scroll to the Passenger(s) section.

3. You’ll find the baggage allowance listed for each passenger.

Please note that sometimes the e-ticket needs a few minutes to refresh after payment.

Still not seeing the extra baggage?

1. Try refreshing your e-ticket (or exit and reopen the app)

2. Wait for 10-15 minutes. During peak hours, the update may take longer.

3. If it’s still missing, you can try contacting Traveloka Customer Service with your Booking ID and payment proof.

Bought the baggage outside Traveloka?

If you bought it through the airline’s website or at the airport, it won’t appear on your Traveloka e-ticket. Just keep the airline’s receipt. The airport check-in staff will accept it as proof.
