Once the airline has approved your refund request, your refund amount will be processed and will be sent to us. After we receive and verify your refund amount, we will send it to you.
In the final step, your refund amount is being sent to you. Once you reach this stage, the amount will be reflected in your selected payment method within 14 working days.
