We’d hate to see you go, but if you’ve decided to leave Traveloka, you have a couple of options to manage your Account. You can temporarily deactivate your account, which allows you to reactivate it later, or you can permanently delete it.
How to Deactivate My Account
Before requesting permanent account deletion, you need to ensure that there are no ongoing bookings or refunds, and/or ongoing PayLater applications. Please note that after permanently deleting your Traveloka account, you cannot access or restore it. Learn more here.
1. You can follow these steps to permanently delete your Traveloka account:
2. Visit the My Account page.
3. Select the "Delete Account" menu.
4. Read and agree to the Account Deletion Terms and Conditions.
5. Confirm by entering the OTP code sent to your registered email or mobile number.
To cancel your account deletion request, you can log into your account within a maximum of 5 x 24 hours.
