Majestic Annaba

Hi ,the majestic hotel located in central of annaba city clean i liked thanks

I enjoyed my stay although I did not appreciate trying to be charged extra for the fruit which was offered at the breakfast. I was told the breakfast was free and was included with my room charge.

Hotel with restaurant in the 9th floor. Rooms are quit good, signle rooms are very small. Double rooms are big enough for pair or family.

How do you measure this hotel, against others in Algeria or international standards? If we take The Majestic in Annaba as an Algeria hotel is not a bad hotel 3-4*. I got upgraded to a bigger room. Aircon. But what happened to the internet, I was almost out of touch other than the phone for almost 3 days. Not good for business. Breakfast; hope you like pastries, little else and boiled egg on the side. Restaurant on the 9th floor, great view, a bit expensive for what you get. Great Waiter. International rating, would be a 3 star. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful, but created more problems. My real tip of the day, if you find a good taxi driver, tip him well get his number and use him.

Room comfort is too bad. There is moscitios in the room.

I really like the hotel. However, when I arrived Mr. Hassan at the reception completely ignore me. I booked two rooms one for me and other for my translator but just one room was reserved. I showed him the Expedia reservation for two rooms and he told me his hotel has nothing to do with Expedia and he said his hotel just honor reservation from ACC (Algeria Conseil Center). At the beginning he ignore me completely just talking to my translator but when I spoke English he understood everything perfectly. Soon I discovered he was able to speak English. Bottom line, I have to pay for the second room and felt very discriminated by Mr. Hassan just because I do not speak French. When we opened the room we could see a awful housekeeper service. The room doesn't have towels and when I requested, just one came, even they knowing that I have my wife. The room of my translator when he opened, the housekeeper forgot to clean the room from the night before. They have to give him another room much small than the other one. Good hotel, good location but Mr. Hassan and the housekeeper team need to improve a lot to work in a hotel like that. Next morning Mr. Hassam has gone and the new team of the reception was super. Very professional Mr. Mourad make me fell important for the hotel. I would want to pay by credit card by the line was off and he handle the situation excellent solving my problem. I will return this hotel definitely for the treatment that Mr. Mourad gave me in the next morning!

Firstly the reception was not aware of how I booked a room through "hotels.com" when I made check out they told me that I had to stay one more night (in total 3 nights)I said I changed my first booking which was for 3 nghts,but the final booking was for 2 nights.I stayed for 2 nights actually. But will check from my credit card whether you charged 2 nights., not 3 nights... This means your agent in Algeria made the hotel to misunderstand! the hotel room was dirty and needs cleaning for dust especally I warned the reception to clean all the dust on the surfcaes of things in the room. Breakfast was also very poor and staff can not service properly.

Venu en couple le souci et qu’il n’y avait qu’une serviette de bain pour deux. À part cela tout est adéquat

Un sejour simple dans un endroit agréable. Le personnel d'une gentillesse et pro. Petit déjeuner copieux pour des gourmands comme nous.

Une catastrophe cet hôtel !!! EVITEZ AU MAXIMUM !! une pourriture de bâtiment de 1967 non rénové ! Les chambres : des tâches partout , la literie sale , les sanitaires avec des poils partout , le mobilier en bois tout moisi de 1987 !! Pas d ascenseur pour aller au parking niveau -2 donc porter les valises laisse tomber ... Les portes s ouvrent et se ferment mal , logique vu les clés on dirait des clé du 12 ème siècle en bronze ou je ne sais quoi . La clim non réglable et bloquée par l hôtel ... Pour couronner le tout il n' y a pas de service a part le gars a l accueil ..

Des gens très très gentils. C'est calme. C'est propre. Je recommande . Situé à quelques minutes à pied du coeur de la ville. C'est securisé de part la police qui est constamment présente dans toute la ville, mais aussi par l'envergure de l'établissement. Je recommande cet hotel. J'ai eu un accueil chaleureux. Ce n'est pas pour rien qu'on dit que à Annaba les gens vous accueillent avec le coeur. Encore merci pour tout.

A notre arrivé, une erreur ds l enregistrement on avait 1 seul chambre au lieu de 2. Erreur du site français et non de l' hôtel, nous avons eut une seconde chambre mais vraiment pas terrible avec fuite de la douche PB étanchéité. Et le soir en rentrant de dîner a 1h du matin, les draps n avaient pas été changés, des poils et des cheveux ont été trouvés ds les draps alors que les lits ont été faits soit disant.. L hôtel s est escuse et a envoyé une dame pour changer les draps. Le lendemain on nous a donné 2 chambre très spacieuses côté a côte, et très correctes. Hormis que mon fils a voulu prendre un bain le dernier soir et l' eau coulait jaune. De plus les prix affichés a l' hôtel ne correspondait pas à ce que l' on a payé, sont moins cher de plus de la moitié.petit déjeuner très très passable. Le personnel était très gentil.

Hôtel très bien situé , personnels au top à tous moments, je recommanderais.

Personnelles exceptionnelles Deux choses manques a cet établissement, une salle de sport et un guide de l'hotel dans la chambre

J'avais réservé 4 chambres doubles virgule et personnellement je voulais passer la nuit dans l'une des chambres, donc double, et ils m'ont surpris avec une chambre single, et puis le matin le petit-déjeuner est compris dans la réservation, surprise, le verre qui contient le jus d'orange et payant virgule pourtant il était là avec le lait et toutes les autres choses

Hotel accueillant , personnels très bien , propre en assez bonne etat . Un seul gros point négatif : les portes des chambres qui claquent tres fort , des grooms serait appréciables . Merci
