Excellent hotel Breakfast Location Room Everything was good

The hotel is good, but a little bit our of date - the chair is a bit old and not comfortable, the lack of sockets where you need it, the hair dryer cannot be used near the glass, etc. The location is perfect and the stuff friendly.

Fantastic hotel, in a central location.

The hotel is close to the historic centre and the staff are very friendly. There is also a lovely rooftop bar with beautiful views.

I found the staff really rude. When I arrived I desperately needed to use the restroom but the guy at the counter wouldn’t tell me where it was until i snapped and said I would find it myself. The gentleman at the restaurant looked miserable and the cleaner knocked on around 09:30am knowing I was leaving that day to ask me when I would leave so she could clean the room! The room was dated but fine. The shower had one of those horrible curtains that sticks to you when it’s wet. I went up stairs to the wellbeing area and that looked lovely

A comfortable hotel in the middle of Andorra la Vella, right by the Paris Bridge. There's not much to do or see in Andorra unless you like shopping or skiing.

A bit run-down with carpets that had not been vacuumed properly and we all ended up with allergies

Lovely hotel, slightly old fashioned , helpfull staff, linked to Novatel next door, nice swimming pool and fitness centre,

A good option for Andorra. In house dining is next door at the Novotel, and funnily enough the bar there will only serve Beer and Wine before 8pm, which is a bit strange. The buffet style dinner was ok.

The location was very good. Staff were pleasant. Unfortunately the air-conditioning in the room was poor. It was noisey and didn't cool the room sufficiently. I requested assistance from the staff at the reception, but to no avail. The bathroom was clean, but very small. My wife and I, were looking forward to our stay in the Mecure Andora. But our hotel experience spoiled our two day trip.

This is an exceptional, well cared for clean hotel. It is close to downtown for bars , restaurants , and shopping.

Misses the mark at every point. It may have been a 4 star when it was built but it hits at 2 star now, tired and dated. The best thing is the roof terrace, it is a beautiful area, with incredible views, which would be lovely to enjoy on a sunny day like today, however apparently it’s shut till 5pm? Which is not written anywhere? It says it’s dog friendly however, they can only go in the room. So our anniversary weekend away has been spent mostly separately, eating breakfast separately and using the roof terrace. We were woken up by a dog in another room barking nonstop, while presumably, the owner left the dog alone in the room to go eat breakfast.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in for the price. The room was spacious, clean, cool, and well-appointed. I would definitely stay here again! the food was quite good, and the location was perfect for me--less than 10 min from the main bus station and an easy walk to more shopping than anyone could ever need. Plus, it was easy to get to historical spots buildings and other busses to other parts of Andorra.
