Accommodating, clean and convenient, we had this 3-bed flat for a week and had a great time. Parking is a bit tricky, some furniture needed replacing, but it was minor issue. Could have left more soap, bin bags, etc. No balcony nor view but these are available as extra. Will be back!

Staff were extremely helpful. Accommodation was spotless and spacious. Absolutely perfect.

Great position near the gondola and good bus service to Soldeu. Room was clean and large. A little dated and some of the cooking pans so old that they were buckled! Overall though stay here again as excellent value

Clean apartment with good space for 1 or 2 people and everything that you need. About a 5 min walk to the gondola station.

The beds were the worst! Very uncomfortable! Nobody told us where to throw the trash. It was outside in the street we had to take it with us in the car.

Muy moderno. Limpio y muy bien ubicado. Tuvimos problemas con la conexión wifi y nos lo arreglaron muy rápido. Muy recomendable. Pagamos el parking porque es complicado aparcar por la zona. Se va caminando al telesilla el tarter fácilmente. Todo perfecto.

This is very nice and comfortable. It is strongly recommendable for the vacation.

Only a few mins walk to the ski lifts, nice clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with cook cooking facilities

Was allocated an apartment that was not the spec we payed for. Trying to change the apartment the next day proved very difficult because reception staff could not understand our needs. The change of apartment was achieved some 6 hours later. The kitchen (self catered) only had one saucepan and one baking tray but two frying panes to cook for 4 people. other than that the apartment was very good.

Everything was amazing, good apartment with all amenities you need it. The bed was the only negative point, need to be replace.

Comfy and convenient apartment in El Tarter. Excellent value.

we came after 22:00 . we didn't have no phone no. we can call. there was not manu people on the street to ask for help. after someone gave us your phone we called and recieved the code for collecting the key. after looking fir the room we realized it was not the same building of the safebox. It took us almost an hour to get to the room. please change the methood and give the guest phone number theu can call. thank in advance

Was very good,clean and comfortable but no parking unless you pay

The chairlift is only a short walk away, which was very handy. There are also two rental shops nearby. The apartment was good overall, with a nice bathroom. However, it wasn't as clean as I'd like and the sofa had a couple of stains and hairs (including animal). They give you some cleaning supplies (washing up liquid, multi purpose cleaner, dishwasher tablets, cloths). I was told by reception that I'd have to take a bus to the nearest supermarket, 5km away. Only when I noticed someone walking with carrier bags did I realise that there was a convenience store a 5 minute walk away, which had everything I needed for the stay. It would have made sense to mention that, as well. I arrived early on the first day, so was hanging around, waiting for reception to open. After about 30 minutes, another guest came with a code to open a safe containing all the keys for arriving guests. I didn't receive a code, so it was a little frustrating to find out I could have avoided the wait. I recommend you ask for the code if you will be arriving before reception opens. The WiFi is free, but not very fast and gets worse in the evenings. Sometimes it takes several attempts to connect. Overall, however, I had a perfectly good stay and the skiing was excellent, which was the main thing.

This location was good for lift access but there are very few amenities within walking distance. It was just ok

Great apartment. Ski locker useful and large (its a room!). Bathrooms high quality with lots of hot water.

The location to ski lifts depends on what block do you leave in. We've been in C, but closest is A and also there is the block right across the road from the parking which next to ski lifts. But right from the beginning the floor was dirty and under the beds were clouds of dirty staff. No any cleaning was within our 5 days stay. And we were obliged to carry out trash by ourself and make cleaning, that I is not normal for tho money and in the hotel at all.

I rented a 2 bedroom/2 bath from this location and loved it. It is very spacious (especially for Europe) and the facilities are nice. The El Tarter Section Gondola and Lifts are a 5-10 min walk away. There is a nice bar at the bottom of the hill. The staff are very friendly and speak great English. For the price this is a tough hotel to beat. Be warned internet access is extra as is parking. Do not park out front as they ticket often. I would definitely stay here again. Also, some units have balconies or fireplaces and some have showers or tubs. TO ensure your request they make you pay a fee and you must call ahead.

Appartement dans lequel la pièce principale et les 2 chambres étaient très petites. Nous avions déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cette résidence et nous étions mieux logés. La réception était fermé lorsque nous sommes arrivés alors que nous étions encore dans les horaires d’ouverture et nous avons dû décaler notre départ du lendemain matin pour faire le Check-in avant de partir
