Great, very friendly staff

The hotel is very clean and friendly. A nice sitting area next to the restaurant. My gripes are as follows: (1) breakfast has coffee machines with the sugar added to the milk. So impossible to get a good coffee with breakfast unless you like sweet coffee. You can add cold milk to black coffee but not the same. (2) No power points by the bed. Impossible to charge devices and use them in bed. (3) One day no butter at breakfast. It's an expensive place to stay so although this is minor it's not acceptable (margarine is horrid). Otherwise, my room was warm, comfy bed, good shower, good lighting control panel next to the bed, helpful staff and the breakfast was actually pretty good.

We loved the deluxe room, it was great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Great hotel with fantastic staff ideal for ski trip

Very convenient hotel to the ski slopes with ski lockers and free shuttle to the lifts. The breakfast was very tasty with many choices. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Great place and near from the Soldeu Gondola. Free parking on the street available and good restaurants nearby. Staff quite friendly with some exceptions in the breakfast area.

Excellent food (breakfast, dinner), everybody is very kind and helpful. Nice spa with gym and sauna. They even prepared breakfast for us on our check out day because we had to leave early.

This is my second stay at this hotel and it's very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Everything is of a very good standard. The staff are always happy to help. The spa is also very nice and very welcome at the end of a days skiing. A couple of things would make it better. 1) A Hot Coffee or Tea. The coffee machine at breakfast only produces drinks that are not that hot. So if you add milk the temperature becomes luke warm. So take your own kettle for your room as they don't provide this. 2) The food could be a bit better but you can go into Soldeu for a wider choice. It's about a 10-15m walk into Soldeu so may not be close enough for some people.

Although the hotel is a 800 yard walk up into the resort it was more than worth it on the odd occasion we had to. The hotel is excellent value with staff who can't do enough to help you enjoy your stay. A courtesy bus runs you back and too too the gondola during the day and there's a lovely spa in the hotel to relax those aching joints following a day on the slopes. Breakfast is fine as is the hotel bar. The whole hotel is immaculate in its cleanliness and I heard no noise during my six night stay. I will definitely stay there again

boutique Boutique style hotel was cleaned modern & all staff friendly and helpful. The buffet Breakfast is catering for both cold continental & cooked English. The buffet evening meal was good value with quite a good choice of different dishes. Hotel spa was just perfect for relaxing & recovering after a hard days skiing, really recommended. Hotel is located on the outskirts of Soldeu, approx 10 to 15 mins walk to restaraunts & bars. Pre bookable free mini bus runs very 10 mins from the hotel to the Soldeu ski lift station, is very efficiently run.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, a good selection for breakfast, a welcome spa after skiing and helpful facilities like ski lockers and mini bus transfer to the slopes.

A friendly, stylish and modern hotel. The hotel provides a free shuttle to/from the Soldeu gondola and chair lift, may on the review sites complain that you have to book your shuttle time but this is probably a good idea to stop people pushing in. Although the hotel provides a ski room we rented a locker (10 € / day) next to the gondola so we could walk back to the hotel (10min downhill) after some après in Soldeu in comfy shoes. Hotel provides a buffet breakfast and dinner, the chef obviously puts allot of work into presenting an extensive range of good quality food but like other reviewers this is let down as it is not very hot. We think a the combination of the hotplate and china dishes are a bad design and the hotel needs to add hot lamps above some of the dishes.

Breakfast was a little disappointing but the dinner was very good. Location a little way from the centre of Soldeu but good shuttle service.

summary: this "4 star hotel" does not compare to the 4 star hotels I have previously stayed at in Andorra La Vella such as Holiday Inn, Arts Hotel, etc. Some aspects would qualify but in general it's more like a 3-star property. Location: it's 2km from the ski slope, you have to go uphill. Unless you are very strong and determined, and enjoy walking long distances in ski boots, you will need to use your car to go to the slopes. This can be a real issue if it's been snowing, as the uphill drive is difficult or impossible without chains (it's a 9% grade), and there is only one parking at the ski station, it's underground, and you can't enter it with chains on. I'm not sure if you enjoy mounting and dismounting chains twice daily just to drive 2km, probably, this is not fun.... you can leave the car at the hotel, and use the shuttle, but you have to reserve in advance the timeslots, and it fills up (if you're running late, you could get left). also the shuttle in the afternoon only runs from 3:30PM on, so if you are tired skiing earlier, you are also stuck. if you leave the car at the hotel you may still have to deal with the chains problem because their underground parking is across a snowy bridge, and down an icy ramp, and how are you going to get down or up this ramp without chains, and then you can't have chains on inside the parking. You can try to leave the car on the bridge with chains on, if there's room (which is free), but if you're unlucky and it snows you could get

Un accueil trees chaleureux, des hôtesses très aimable ( parlant espagnole, francais et anglais ), le chambre est grande et spacieuse, la salle de bain tres propore , un grand ecran dans la chambre, le room service assez rapide ( payant 8€, mais avec possibilité de descendre pour aller récupérer sa commande , donx ca depend de chacun ), le spa est légèrement petit mais très agréable ensuite dommage qu'il y ait la climatisation dans le spa , parce que quand on sort de l'eau il fait vite frai ... , l'eau du bain a remous est chaude c'est fortement agréable.

Fantastique, hôtel irréprochable. Le personnel et la literie au top !

Interrupteur HS, poignée porte vitrée cassée, 1 seule bouteille d’eau pour 2, TV ne fonctionne pas… 15€ pour un parking hyper étroit et difficilement accessible… impossible de se garer devant l’hôtel pendant notre enregistrement… heureusement les employés sont très serviables et le buffet très correct. Impression générale très mitigée…
