Very nice rooms, wonderful bedding, in general the attention and the atmosphere is great , very recommended to stay in Buenos Aires, But the location disappoints me a bit, I still prefer the Recoleta area than Retiro where this Hotel is located.

This is a fine hotel with large spacious rooms, lovely indoor pool and hot tub, and good breakfast.

The room (a studio) was in excellent condition and it was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is wonderful. My only concerns are: 1) The breakfast buffet needs to have more vegan options. We live in a globalized world where people have all sorts of dietary requirements and veganism is quite prevalent. 2) The system in the spa could be better. Most spas welcome people, lead them to a changing room where they can get in a robe and then they are led to their treatment room. Here, they expect you to come all ready for a treatment and provide no towels or robes unless requested. In my opinion this should be a given. Other than this, I highly recommend this property.

The hotel is located in a very good area of the city with loads of dining options, very walkable, and safe area. The staff is very friendly and professional. The bar tender, Augusto, is very nice too!! We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. I would stay here again next time we visit Buenos Aires.
