We were booked on this hotel. They claimed they were full and transferred us to a 4 star Exec Colon hotel nearby. It was not a four star. Hotel was very dated and had no AC. In the middle of the night we were sweating and asked for fans. They did provide fans but not the hotel We signed up for.

La propiedad necesita reparación , abres una ducha y a la hora sale el agua caliente, en los baños no hay secadoras de pelo, las cortinas llenas de huecos,no cierran, llegamos y nos dieron una habitación, que parecía una cárcel, hablé con la recepcionista y me dijo q si no me convenía (11:30 de la noche llegue) que tenía q llamar a Expidia, cuando me cambio para la habitación la cual había escogido yo y pagado, ya que en las fotos se veía fenomenal, Expidia ponía una habitación buena, es la q explico , había un frío, horrible, no te dicen, ni de calefacción, muy grosera, la q nos recibió esa noche , al otro día domingo fuimos a desayunar, no han visto en su vida un desayuno bueno, Todo frío, ni donde calentarse, Café Si a eso se le puede llamar café??? Sin embargo al otro día la rubia y la trigueña muy atentas las dos y el muchacho de la noche, el día antes de irnos nos dijeron sabían IDs que tenían desayuno aquí !!! Y le dijimos deben mejorarlo, ósea pagamos por algo q no consumimos, Porque si sabia la recepción que teníamos una habitación mejor que a las que nos llevó no nos la dio desde el primer momento cuando íbamos a estar una semana allí??? Definitivamente expidia debe mejorar y ver lo que oferta, es la compañía q uso por muchos años y espero q analicen bien lo que venden, Viajo y compro siempre a través de Expidia pero no dejo de reconocer que hay también otras muy buenas !! Espero que analicen bien lo que venden

This was officially the first hotel I ever stayed in. Room was very run down, shower broken,WiFi only worked on the first floor, location is very convenient but not safe at all, especially for families with kids. No hairdryer in the room. When u came down to the reception to ask for the thirstier, they had 4 and all of them were unsafe to use. Only one power outlet worked in the room. I strongly suggest to stay away from this property as it is terrible inside and location is dangerous.

Could be better I reserved a room pictured on the exp website and was offered different and was told all rooms are the same or similr. Internet is very slow at 11 mps. Room color is violet and lighting seems dim. Its okay I guess if you need an economical place

The staff was very friendly. I made international calls and the property didn't charged me because it was for my family. That is so nice of them!!! The area felt safe for me during the day. I didn't go out out late at night but that's a general rule of thumb when you travel internationally. I like the area because there's many places to eat, many stores, and public transportation is nearby. The hotel is old and the amenities are outdated but that's it has it's own charm. If you are looking for modern hotel and amenities, this is not it. But you are out exploring places anyway and then come back for the night to rest and sleep this is it.

I stayed just as the coronovirus situation was ramping up in Argentina. Staff were great with extra cleaning and notices around the hotel in English as well as Spanish. Front desk staff so helpful and happy to be flexible as so many people's plans changed

Booked in for 6 nights, left after 4. Noisy!. A room the size of a cupboard, a single bed meant for a child, noisy men shouting and slamming doors all night, traffic from the main street constant - sirens, buses, fights on the street. Breakfast very basic made worse by a large loud group of men staying there.

Price was perfect, atención was great, but no refrigerator, no microwave available, and TV was an old one. Room very clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I initially booked at the Lennox up the street which was a swanky boutique hotel but they tried to double charge me. The mundial is affordable yet clean and very centrally located. I was not bothered and enjoyed my stay very much.

Hice la reserva con anticipación, Page el mismo día de la reserva . Cuando llegue al hotel , me cobraron 21% de impuesto cuando el monto ya estaba incluido en el precio . Muy mala experiencia .

Beautiful building but a bit neglected. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Its hard to imagine a better place to stay for the price and keep the Argentine living style. The breakfast is good too if you are okay eating like the local culture. Although it says you have to pay upon arrival (if not paying online) they let me pay just whenever before check-out.
