This is an older hotel but very comfortable. The main advantages are view of the lake and easy access to hiking/kayaks, etc. The main disadvantage is that it is a good way out of town if you don't have your own car. My only complaint might be that the first night, the heating was on hard and couldn't be controlled so we had to have the windows open so moths and other bugs came in. Nothing biting, but annoying. Subsequent nights they turned it down so it wasn't a problem.

Staff very helpful, restaurant good, breakfast ok. Room poky, ancient dubious-looking carpet, desk/table falling apart, only one bedside table. Location about 30 km from Bariloche along busy road, and on wrong side for airport and Camino des Siete Lagos.

A perfectly good, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The room on the upper floor was a dormer type room—perfectly clean and comfortable but with two single beds and not the double I thought I had booked. A perfectly good and clean hotel, a mile from the ferry to Isla Victoria, with an attractive and quiet bar in the basement. Breakfast was basic but well presented and an attractive breakfast room. I would stay again.

Hotel MARAVILHOSO, nada a reclamar, só elogios para todos os ambientes do hotel, limpo, cheiroso, confortável, seguro.. funcionários atenciosos, restaurante do hotel muito bom e com preço bem ok comparado com os restaurantes do centro. Definitivamente me senti em casa. Voltaria com certeza e super recomento!

Average hotel - needs some renovation. Service is ok, but could be better. Not very friendly staff. Asking to change the room because of noise was rejected despite having rooms available. Breakfast is ok, but boaring.

Check-In was good, but we were given a room adjacent to the elevator. There was no way to get sleep before midnight and the noise started again at 7 in the morning. The next day, we asked to change the room, but we were told that the hotel was full. Checking on the internet, we saw that for the same category there were still 3 rooms available, so they had lied to us! A big disappointment. It would have been a nice gesture to get this problem solved, since rooms were still available, but we were forced to stay in the same room again. The breakfast offer is ok.
