A small but very comfortable nicely decorated room, very clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great location with easy parking and short walk to restaurants, etc. Tilcarra is a great village to base yourself in from which to explore the surrounding region. Great hikes in the area. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We were charmed by the pictures of the room, but in real life they were a little less charming. The first room we were shown was across from a furnace which emitted a smell of gas and periodically buzzed. We asked and were moved. The new room had a street-facing window, which at least helped to air out the very strong detergent scent of the linens. The shades do not really block out morning light, though. The bulbs on all the lamps produces a very harsh light at night similar to compact fluorescents, which was unfortunate. The rooms were small and basic but otherwise serviceable and clean. We only stayed on night, which was probably for the best. The staff was very friendly.

Pretty hotel but the room was so small only one of us could walk around at a time. We never saw the owner but the staff were very nice. For the money et would of hoped for a boiled egg or something for breakfast instead of the ubiquitous biscuits. They did not have another room for our third night so we got one opposite the bus station. It was a third of the price worked just as well. We didn't,t have to walk all the way up hill with our luggage. It was not as pretty but work better for us.

First night hotel was full. We had a room so small we had no room to unpack. Next day moved to a good room. Don't stay if they give you the small room unless you get a big discount .

No sé si la culpa es de hoteles.com o del establecimiento pero yo pagué uss 214 por dos noches en norte rupestre y este hotel me dijo que no podía cumplir con mi reserva ya pagada porque no tenían lugar y me mandaron a otro lugar de calidad muy inferior y lo único que puedo hacer es presentar un reclamo mediante este comentario, gracias

The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. What I did not like is that this hotel is advertised with having parking opportunities. This is not true. I had to park my motorcycle outside on the street, because no secure parking is available.
