Great location

Antigua muy bien conservada, Muy buena, falta control remoto aire acondicionado, falta aislacion acústica con el exterior.

Room was small. Breakfast was very basic Rest was good. Good location helpful staff.

Not certain what I can add, to the multitude of reviews already submitted. The great: - Excellent central location, walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, etc. - The staff I dealt with were polite, helpful and friendly. The good: - The free breakfast had a good selection of food, and operated from 6:00-10:00 AM. The early start was helpful for guests going on early tours, or departing for the airport early, who could have breakfast before leaving. - The bathroom in my room had instant hot water, unlike many LATAM hotels and hostels which have lukewarm water at best, after running the water for 5 minutes. The Average: - the wifi was spotty. In my room, my iPhone had virtually no connectivity. My tablet was better. I sometimes had to go to the lobby to get strong enough wifi for some online activities. - Yes, the hotel is old. All the bathroom fixtures, light switches, etc., are old school, but in good repair. Just don’t expect a lot of modern conveniences. For example, my bathroom was very tiny, to the point where my knees would touch the opposite wall while I was sitting on the toilet The Poor: - My room was adjacent another establishment, so noise from next door was common, via the window, though generally tapered off around 11:00 PM. Also, the interior hard surfaces of the hotel (tile, hardwood doors, metal keyed locks) were conducive to noise transmission. I tried to be mindful of this when coming and going at quiet times, but many guests were not.

Guy at front desk, disgusting , unfriendly. His answer was : Im in charge here !

The WIFI didn't work very well.

The staff were pretty nice and helpful for a non Spanish speaking person. Property is very old, carpet in hall threadbare. Very light continental breakfast but friendly lady in the room.as you’d expect in an old property not many electrical outlets and poorly placed. Room was clean but whole place needs a makeover. Location good but not if you like traffic and voices. I enjoyed the buzz of activity

An older building with some character. My main issue was that my room was off the main road and it was very loud at night making it hard to sleep.

Es un lugar muy recomendable para ir, solo o en familia, con una muy buena ubicacion rodeada de gran interés cultural. Con accesos a todas las posibles excursiones y actividades al aire libre y disfrutar de los eventos culturales de la zona

フロントの方々はどなたも優しい方でした。朝食抜きでしたが無料で水等４種ぐらいの飲物あと…クラッカー等数種類毎朝置いてくれてました。 今回２人で宿泊しましたが大きなスーツケース広げると他のスペースが無くなる感じで部屋は狭かったです。 でも…国内線空港に近くて便利です。

L’hotel è un po’ datato, ma conserva il fascino dell’epoca coloniale, la posizione è perfetta, proprio sulla Plaza 10 de Julio, il personale gentilissimo, la colazione a buffet. Un po’ rumorose là camere che danno sulla strada, ma almeno hanno la finestra apribile. Ci siamo stati una settimana e ci torneremmo volentieri! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Das Gebäude ist einzigartig. Großzügiger, altehrwürdiger Kolonialstil. Phantastische Bauweise. Die Zimmer eher spartanisch und einfach und irgendwie sehr angenehm. Es funktioniert alles. Kein Haarfön, man muss wohl danach fragen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ideal. Für länger gibt es sicherlich auch andere Zimmer. Das Hotel ist wunderbar zentral gelegen.

Muy bien servicio. Todo muy limpio! Prolijo. Los recepcionistas muy serviciales cómo así las personas de Maestranza. Fui sola y me ayudaron muchísimo para poder disfrutar a pleno Salta. Sin dudas volveria

RESULTO UN FIASCO.DESMERESE LA TAN MENTADA HOSPITALIDAD SALTEÑA. EN REPARACIONES. SUCIEDAD ACUMULADA.MALA ATENCION. ASCENSOR VIEJO E INSEGURO. HABITACION VIEJA Y FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO. HARE UNA DENUNCIA A LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE LA CIUDAD PARA QUE LLEVE A CABO UNA INSPECCION TANTO EDILICIA COMO SANITARIA.

El lugar tiene reminiscencias de un pasado de esplendor, lograron que sea confortable pero los detalles hacen al lugar.Tomamos 2 habitaciones una un poco mejor que la otra.Los ambientes son poco ventilados,el aire acondicionado extremadamente ruidoso,no teniamos acondicionador para el cabello ya que no habia para utilizar.La ubicación es excelente ,la atención es cordial,pero los detalles hacen la diferencia.
