What an amazing property. This very old hotel is brimming with elegance. From the brick and mortar walls with heavy wooden doors, to the library filled from floor to ceiling with books and artifacts, to the charming inner courtyard pool, you are surrounded by old Argentina charm in the midst of one of the country's most beautiful cities. I will definitely choose this hotel the next time I visit Corrientes

The decoration was really great. We booked a Suite and by mistake we were downgraded to a twin premium and did not realize it until checkout when we recieved the bill in the room.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, delicious breakfast. Also had dinner at the restaurant and ordered room service during our stay - both good. Not a lot to do in the area other than go to the costanera and downtown, a bit of a walk but doable. Perfect place for doing hotel tourism - rooms, food and amenities make it so you don't want to leave the place. Really comfortable bed!

We broke our journey from Puerto Iguazu to Rosario at La Alondra in Corrientes. Hotel was a bit difficult to locate being somewhat hidden behind some bushes on a busy main street. Once inside however you would never know where you were. Room was a good size with all amenities. (Light switch was concealed behind bed but no drama. Hotel was a fully restored house and had been done with attention to detail. Restaurant was good although they didn't have two choices I requested. Staff were really helpful. Excellent for relaxing.

One of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Hotel and restaurant staff were outstanding. Rooms were spacious, tasteful, clean and beds extremely comfortable. Hotel was very unique and classy. Highly recommend staying here.

This was an outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is in a beautifully restored old building with a charming courtyard at the back. There are just 7 rooms. We stayed in #4, which was a spacious suite, wonderfully furnished with a large bathroom and the most comfortable king-sized bed I have ever slept in! The staff are all friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. There is an excellent restaurant serving wonderful dinners. Breakfast is fresh and varied and this was the only hotel we stayed where it was served rather than a buffet. Highly highly recommended if you are going to be in Corrientes.
