Property has a great location. We walked to sites and found EXCELLENT nearby dinner options. Breakfast at the hotel was fresh and tasty (homemade croissants were a treat). Eggs to order…yum. Our room was perfect. Quiet, clean, and comfy. Nice toilettries including body lotion. The dry sauna was hot and the rooftop pool refreshing. We stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Elegant dining and lobby, elegant room, spectacular room service, wonderful staff. Loaned 2 power outlet converters upon request. Location is spectacular, walking distance to Recoleta Cemetery and weekend winter market. Could not have been more satisfied. Plus, Evita lived here on fourth floor from 1942-1944!

Hotel is an historic building with the claim to fame that Eva Duart later Eva Peron lived here when it was apartments for a couple of years. Check in was fairly slow and a bit muddled considering we had checked in online as they requested and we still had a form to fill in. There are 2 lifts in the property and we were not told this at the time and went to the wrong room. An housekeeper showed us the way. The room was OK bathroom small. We had opted for a superior room. We noticed it had a connecting door and the first night we were woken at 1.30am with the people next door talking loudly etc. We could hear everything. This went on for 30 minutes until we banged on the door. The next door we advised front desk we were not happy with the room and they did not seem surprised and advised we would be moved. 2nd room was the same size and style but quieter. We had a free welcome drink in the bar and went to the jazz restaurant. Food was OK. Breakfast is also adequate with made to order omelets. Location is good for walking clise to cemetery and grande florialist. Would we stay here again no.

Very old property and the age shows. Neighborhood is safe but far from everything, mostly older people in the neighborhood. A lot of little bugs in the room. Subpar breakfast at the best. Service is great and the staff is very accommodating.

This hotel is very well situated and has a nice breakfast buffet and small lobby bar. Room was spacious but smelled with bad body odor every time we walked into it each day. Not sure if that happens in other rooms. Outside of that it was a nice property.
