I cannot thank the staff enough, most especially Jorge. OMG - he was the most responsive, thoughtful and helpful staff at the hotel. He went all out to help us mark the occasion of our 20th wedding anniversary. The breakfast was excellent! Transportation was easily sorted by having a taxi-like service and our driver was so dependable and kind to us. You will love your stay at this hotel. The only thing I'd say is that it needs a bit of refurb, especially the bathroom.

Excellent hotel, great facilities, diverse menu in on-site restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. Only minor downside was that it was off the main highway, a ten minute walk, but many Ubers available.

Breakfast was great, a good variety of options. Room was clean and modern with all amenities. Appreciated that it is off season but pool could have been cleaner so we did not use it. Staff were helpful and considered. We liked the wine tasting each night!

Property was modern with an impressive lobby, good options for the included breakfast buffet, and onsite gym. The outdoor pool was closed due to rain the whole week prior to our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a large rain shower. I loved the patio looking out into the jungle. Our stay was during their slow season in early winter, so we had cooler but sunny weather without having to deal with mosquitoes. Would recommend!

After a two-hour journey, as you drive through the forest road, the hotel appears like a shining pearl tucked away in the jungle. We arrived a few hours before the official check-in time, but the friendly reception team had our room ready within minutes. As soon as we entered, a refreshing fragrance filled the air, giving a sense of pure freshness. The view of the lush forest and the pool from our room was breathtaking. Everything was spotless, the temperature was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I also highly recommend the massage services—truly professional and revitalizing! With its great breakfast and proximity to major tourist spots, this hotel is a perfect choice. A wonderful stay!

Front desk clerk provided suspect info saying Uber was poorly served in the area but we witnessed other patrons used it fine for half the price of the taxi the hotel recommended. We were also told the water was safe to drink because it comes from underground aquifers but the whole city apparently drinks processed river water. Then they wanted $5.00 for a .10 cent 500ml water bottle that foreigners like us need to drink to stay safe. When we ask how far to get water at the store the same front desk guy said several km’s but we soon found a gas station just at the end of the road selling 2 litre large bottles for $3. And god knows you’ll drink a lot due to the heat. We saved about $35 just on water. As for the restaurant the food is bland if you order steak you get a slab of meat on the plate with no seasoning or sauce and little sides but we’ve found that everywhere in Argentina. We On the bright side the hotel is good, clean and has a great pool in a somewhat secluded area So I would still recommend the hotel. If you’re going to the falls use Uber and you’ll save more money and stop at a store or gas station and bring your own water.
