Lovely, quaint, old fashioned hotel located in a quiet side street. A nice departure from big impersonal hotel chains. Lots of little restaurants and cafes close by Beds were very comfortable and the huge rain shower head was womderful with lots of pressure and hot water. The location was very good, the stuff some of them were very nice, helpful and very kind. Breakfast was very good, the place looks nice and clean. They just give you one key card per room, it was not easy for us because we all had different plans. About the cleaning At check-in they give you a paper with instructions and information about almost everything. It says that towels left on the floor will be replaced, while towels that are hung up will be understood as ones you plan to reuse, which is perfectly fine. The shower is open, so a lot of water comes out when you bathe, and I had to put two of the small towels on the floor. When I got out, everything was very wet, so I used the towel I had used to finish drying and left the three towels on the floor since they were wet. When I came back, the large towel was hanging and one of the small ones was folded but still very wet, which makes me think they only took one and just wrung out the other and folded it again. Also, when I first received the room there was a used bar of soap in the shower. Everything looks very clean until you notice those small details.

Amazing location centrally located to Avenida Corrientes! 1 minute away from the Obelisco steps for the cool photo. El Guerrin was also walking distance as well as some famous bars. The staff was okay seem to be busy all the time to get individual attention. Breakfast was simple, some fruit old. Bed sheets dirty- seem like they reuse same sheets for different guests. We requested new sheets. Every time we needed something we had to go down to reception ourselves to grab it ie even toilet paper, not sure if that's their service or maybe low staff.

I requested 2 beds but I was given a room with one bed instead. Staff did a good job to move us to a room with two beds later. Great central location in the city which made exploring Buenos Aires possible by walking to various tourist spots. Supermarkets, fruit shops, train stations and buses nearby.

Conditions of property was not as advertise. Is an old building with a fast makeup, but still miss many modern things. First the pillows and the bed are old and uncomfortable. Thats the main thing you wanna do in a hotel room, sleep. The “noise canceling” room is non existent. We could hear next door snoring through the night. There were no electrical plugs in the room, apart for the one in the fridge and tv. There were two in the bathroom, but very inconvenient. “City view” the view is just an old rundown building next door. No insulation in the windows. When ask for more towels they tell us no, that we only get 1 body towel and 1 hand towel per person. When asked for a hair dryer, we needed to go to reception to pick it up and it didn't work. On the good side, great eater pressure and warm water in the shower. Good location near the Obelisk and safe area.

Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful; however, we experienced several issues with our rooms that were not addressed in a timely manner. The Wi-Fi service was very poor, the shower drain was clogged, and a bathroom issue took three days to resolve. Our safe also did not work, and despite two attempts to fix it, it was never fully operational.

We chose this hotel due to its location and convenience for transportation to airport and for city tour buses. Hotel is at one of the prime tourist attraction , right by Oblisque and is very convenient to major tourist attractions by walk/uber. However the hotel is like New York City small condos with tiny space ( barely 300 square footage ) with small bathroom , barely enough space to move around . Our room wasn’t cleaned upon return in the late afternoon .
