The staff was very courteous and always there to help. Room was clean and house keeping was excellent. The breakfast had good spread with excellent coffe. Probably the best hotel in San Nicolas

NOT FOUR STARS, ROOM ON NOT THE BEST, BREAKFAST 0K-, staff not so good, NOT ENAF PARKING!!!

La estancia fue muy satisfactoria. El único problema fue que Hoteles.com no había notificado al hotel de la reserva y llevó un buen rato y esfuerzo convencer al personal de la recepción que lo verificara, ya que argumentaban que no tenían acuerdo con Hoteles.com. Finalmente se comunicaron con un superior, quien a su vez hizo otra llamada y validó la reserva. De todas formas, la situación fue muy incómoda y desconcertante.
