Taxi service from hotel not so good! Highway robbery! No reflection on the hotel though!

The stay at your facility was very pleasant and comfortable, your services was convenient and efficient. However I stayed at room 1038 and there was 3 inconveniences that I feel must be corrected to maintain your impeccable reputation.
1. Wind was whistling in through the window frame which was very noisy at night during high winds.
2. Construction work was very noisy.
3. A shower door or curtain needs to be installed for comfortable worry free use of the shower.

Luxury at its finest, a 5 star hotel & the service was resilient, accommodating & extremely kind I’m very happy.

The conditions of the room i got was very poor. The level of humidity was extreme. The clothes felt wet at touch. Expensive for the value. Not breakfast included. Old towels.
Too bad. Location and views are great. But won’t return until they renew or restore the rooms.

The Club Lounge is really only a cafeteria style room. Food was adequate, but no lounge chairs or area. Just tables with chairs to eat. No ambiance or nice view.
