The Palm Leaf Apartments

I highly recommend staying at the Palm Leaf . I had an amazing experience. Everything was extremely clean and modern , practical felt brand new and you can walk out your door and into the beautiful saltwater pool. Can’t beat that . It’s a 10 minute drive to the beach and the strip. The host Maud was so accommodating. She truly cares about her guests. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Spotless room, great service and a wonderful location! Quiet and only a 15 to 20 minute drive to either downtown or Palm and Eagle beaches. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing 16 night stay at Palm Leaf Apartments. Great new accommodations - great pool area, easy parking and excellent safe location approx an 8 minute drive to Palm Beach and all the action. Our one bedroom apartment had everything we needed, including beach chairs, cooler, and access to floaties - which were super helpful as we snorkelled almost every day. Thanks to Maud and her team!

Apartment is very close to most tourist sites. Host was very responsive and communicated with me a lot to make sure everything was fine. Check in was also easy. Highly recommend

Really nice and helpful host. His recommendation list will be especially useful for finding good spots for food, particularly groceries. The lodge definitely requires a car, as it’s not within walking distance of beaches or walking areas. However, it’s only 10 to 15 minutes away from all the main attractions like Eagle Beach, Tres Trapi, and Arashi Beach. Aruba is quite expensive, so the host’s guidance really helps avoid some common tourist traps early on. It would’ve been great to have cleaning done every couple of days, especially with all the beach sand, but since it wasn’t a service they offered, it wouldn’t be fair to expect it. That said, they still deserve five stars.

Very secure! Beautiful oasis. Apartments are clean, spacious and smell great. Owners are super helpful and hands on and keep you updated. Will definitely stay here again! 10/10

If you want to create more of your own experience in Aruba rather than staying within a big resort hotel, this is the perfect place! We had a car and it was very easy to find the hotel and park. It was nice to be away from the main tourist area, but still felt very safe. Maud is a *wonderful* host and communicated everything clearly via text and was immediately responsive to any questions we had or additional cleaning requests. The rooms are like small apartments and it was a lovely place to come back to in the heat of the afternoon, for example for a dip in the pool or to rest in the air conditioning in a separate living room area from the bedroom. The area is very quiet at night and the rooms include beach chairs and extra towels to take with you, which was also really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% stay here next time we go to Aruba. You can get day passes to the resort hotels if you want to go to a spa or something similar, but this seemed the perfect way to have your own space in a small and very quiet property and still be within short drives of all of the beaches, restaurants etc where there is plenty of parking. It is closest to Arashi Beach and we actually found we enjoyed this location more than Eagle/Palm for a lovely place to chill out and watch the sunset. A lovely base to relax and explore all of Aruba rather than just the main tourist strip. Get a car and go to the many varied beaches rather than just the main ones!

We stayed at the Palm leaf for 10 days, and have nothing negative to say about our stay. It was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well maintained, very thought out. Maude was a wonderful host, the cleaning staff was amazing and very courteous. We always had clean towels and never needed for anything. I would highly suggest considering staying here for any length of trip. It is an adult only so it is fairly quiet, there isn’t much around the area, a few local food stands and a small grocery store. Highly suggest having a vehicle. Parking was amazing everybody had their own spot. Checking in and out was very simple and I loved having a small kitchen to cook my own breakfast. Cheers

This hidden gem works well for an extended stay on the island where you feel at home and at ease. It was well appointed with everything I needed to both work and play! The staff on property did a great job of cleaning and maintenance and while there were other units occupied I felt like I was in a private oasis! It's a little off the beaten path so a car is a must and there are no laundry facilities on site.
