The location is fabulous for having a loved one in hospital. All of the staff are helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem. My bed was comfortable and the house keeping is done every day. I didn't use any amenities so I couldn't rate those. The parking is cheap and it also saves money by having the opportunity to leave your vehicle at the Motel rather than pay for expensive parking at the hospital. I was very pleased with everything.

Clean rooms, quiet despite being across the street from a hospital complex, very easy access to tram and train service. Customer service overall was top notch. The only suggestion is they should let guests know during check-in that the code to enter AND exit the parking lot resets every morning.

Need to renovate as it is looking the same as it was in 2013. Carpets mouldy around entry of bathroom, shabby looking. Staff excellent and helpful

Property is across the road from Westmead Public Hospital and I needed additional parking after the 10,00 am checkout. At time of check-in there was a sign in the office advising that extended parking would cost guests $15 and non guests $25. During the evening I rang desk from room and was advised that extended parking to 1.00pm would cost $15. At checkout I was advised that extended parking up to 12 noon was free and that after 12 noon the cost was $6 per hour. Three different rates including two from stsff persons. Not good enough.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, but the rooms weren't great. The air conditioning worked fine, but the room was smelly. I wouldn't know if it was the air conditioning filters or the old curtain/carpets. The bedsheets in my room had two small blood stains.
