Acclaim Pine Grove Holiday Park

Very nice people working there.

The kindness of the owners / staff was exceptional. Will be returning back to Aclaim Pine Grove, when next visiting Esperance. Terry.

There was marks on the walls, doors and furniture. Spiderwebs and spiders in the cabin . Dirty furniture, outdoor chairs and table was full of dirt.

The shower was very moudly, i wouldn't get in. The floor broken, and in the kitchen, the shelves also very dirty, the hood full oily and stiny. And the carpet in the living room sooo dirty. The sofa worn out!!

Managers were good in changing the accommodation to what was advertised, Managers were understanding to the mistake made in accommodation booking. We did get the appropriate cabin than what was first given.

The staff were friendly & welcoming. Although the 2 bedroom cabin we stayed in was an older cabin, it was very clean, comfortable, had clean bedding & sufficient kitchenware to prepare & consume meals. The location wasn't too far from town & the beaches. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Lovely place, easy check in and check out

TLDR: Unfortunately a little run down. We stayed at a double bed unit with ensuite. The unit was well equipped and we weren't missing a thing. Some maintenance wouldn't hurt.

We did not enjoy our stay at all. On first entering the chalet I flushed the toilet and the smell was horrendous. Bore water seemingly. (Part of life I was told) If so why not put it on the website!! When I booked there was a picture of a blue pool! Its still being advertised with a pool!! It has been filled in!! We have travelled around australia and this was the worst chalet weve stayed in. Being an old caravan park no excuse for overcharging for the facilities being smelly. We left a day early! Lady and Man at reception are nice and friendly but not within their power to help!

Property very run down. Vote water very bad smell

Very old and small park unit. Floor creaked and wobbled when moving about. Noise from distant smoke alarms kept us awake. Pool was closed as were a number of areas with construction tape. A lot of investment needed to bring this park up to standard.

People were lovely but the cabins really need a makeover. Looking very tired and some things just falling apart.

Bathroom door damaged and didn’t work was just one issue.

We stayed in the self contained, ensuite unit style accommodation, which where clean comfortable and spacious. Linen was clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, the park is a little dated but for what we paid - in my opinion was good value.

Stayed for work in one of the cabins, very good value for money for the size and amenities.
