Right in the middle of everything you would want to see in the city. Opposite Central Station allowing access to the outer areas and beyond. Quite a convenient location if you are not needing a car to reach outer suburbs.

We have stayed 2 nights.
The hotel is in very good location, cross the street from Central Train Station,groceries store next door,and restaurants and malls close by.
The room was pretty clean,with a small kitchenette (had kettle, microwave and fridge). The bed was comfortable.
The negative is that the air-conditioning and fan covers was dusty and had some molds ,need a very good clean. It is very unhealthy to breathe all that dust and mold. And at night,sometimes was noisy, some road work close by.

The Adina Apartment Hotel is always my "go to" hotel when I stay in Brisbane. It's close to Central Station and it's handy having a Woolworths Metro store next door. The hotel is almost surgical clean as everything was absolutely spotless. It's quiet and very comfortable and the reception are always friendly and helpful.

Staff were nice and friendly, and the location is really convenient. Room has a lot of useful amenities like a washer/dryer combo, toaster, utensils and pans for cooking.
Room smelt a little musty, like it was mopped with dirty water. We went out for a day and put the ‘Please Clean’ tab on the door but it wasn’t serviced, did the same the next day and it just looked like our towels were replaced and the bed made by pulling the doona up over the sheets.
The shower needs an extended glass screen or a shower curtain because the design of it made it so that water was constantly spraying out onto the bathroom floor.
Their system was down which is obviously not their fault, but it meant that we couldn’t have our own keycard for the room so every time we left and came back we had to get a staff member to ferry us up to our room which sometimes meant we had to wait in the lobby if there were other people checking in or also needing to be taken to their room

Birthday and wedding anniversary weekend celebrations in the city and our first time at Adina Anne Street. The room was good with a wonderful bed and lovely cold air-conditioning in the room . Loved the location. Reception hmd made a card for us and gave us some wine and chocolates

Great location in a nice old building. Despite central location, not noisy. Basic cooking facilities which were in good order. Bed comfortable. Only disappointment was no onsite Gym and pool which you had to go over to George St and even there pool was closed. Would definitely stay again.
