Amazing views and location! Will be back!

We liked the fact it was in a quiet location , not far from places like Noosa or Eumundi. The hosts made us feel very welcome , and the breakfast was delicious. Would stay there again

Paul is an incredible host. The setup at Alexandria Retreat is perfect. The views are relaxing and beautiful. The breakfast options were an absolute treat. To local area of Doonan and Eumundi were fantastic for food and experiences. I can't wait to come back for some more R&R!

The hinterland retreat is ideally located, a 10 minute from Eumundi and 20 minute drive from Noosa. The magnificent views, stunning pool and delicious breakfast are only topped by its lovely host Paul who makes you feel very welcome.

We highly recommend a visit to Alexandra Retreat. This was our first B & B experience and absolutely loved it. Situated in a peaceful part of Doonan the property is 5 Star. Paul is a fantastic host, preparing an amazing breakfast with an ideal setting. Cheers, Michael and Sheryl

Can we just move in here and never leave? We would do that in a heartbeat... literally! Location, view, birds, tranquility... and then came breakfast... OMG!!!

We spent a remarkable Australia Day weekend at Alexandria Retreat. Paul was an amazing host, very welcoming and happy to assist. We are grateful for an early check in and a later check out. We were terribly sorry to miss two of the included breakfast due to our tours schedule as Paul is an excellent cook and our brekky was outstanding! The view from our room (we had the pool view room) was breathtaking overlooking the Noosa Headlands. Once we have spotted a kangaroo in the backyard! The pool is super clean and water was warm. Paul also offered the beach towels and even helped to do some urgent washing (avoid rainbow lorikeets flocks))). Some little remarks. The bed was a little too soft to our preferences. And drive up to the parking with care as there is a steep entrance. Thank you Paul for our fantastic weekend away! We will definitely come back!

Had a short one night stay. Was blown away by the property, the view and the service. Very friendly personal welcome and gourmet breakfast. Will definitely be back.

Love everything about the accommodation. Infinity edge pool with amazing view. High quality amenities, bed, little treat provided like soft drinks, good quality tea, coffee and chocolate is really appreciated. The most amazing part is the breakfast. Wow! Paul the owner has put a lot of care and effort to provide us not only with with generous continental breakfast buffet. He also provided us with the most amazing cooked breakfast. I enjoyed the breakfast he cooked more than any of fancy restaurant or hotel I stayed have stayed in the past. Not to mention the view where the breakfast is served was just simply breathtaking.I would definately recommend this beautiful Bed and Breakfast if you are looking to stay somewhere than ine of those run of the mill accomodation.

Fantastic! So relaxing, great view out towards the sea, lots of space. Excellent breakfast - other people had said how good the breakfasts were so we had high expectations and the breakfast was even better than what we expected!

Perfect location for visiting noosa and surrounding areas. Incredible views of the coastline and beautiful pool. Paul is the best host and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable. Ample parking and local village eumundi not far away . Visiting the eumundi market is a must !!

Great getaway, the location is so quiet. The owners couldn't do enough for us. The only small thing would have been nice to have Foxtel in the room so you could watch a movie in bed. Very nice overall.

This was an amazing place. We booked a room & got a whole house! The views across to Noosa were fantastic. The bedroom was spacious with panoramic views. Upscale bathroom. Breakfasts to die for - nothing was too much trouble. Kookaburras waiting for your bacon scraps!!! Only disappointment was the pool was too cool to swim. So if you want to swim go in the summer months. I have to say this did not spoil our stay.

The room is just like the picture advertising the retreat. Clean. modern and comfortable. The staff made you feel very welcome the moment you walked up to the front door, showed us around and told us when breakfast would be served in the morning. Hear the serenity! it was so very quiet and the view magnificent, just the ticket for a couple who just wants to relax for the weekend. Complimentary tea and coffee of a very high standard is set up in your room with water, soft drinks available in the bar fridge, also complimentary. The bathroom was modern, clean with beautiful fresh towel with toiletries available if needed.

Really great house with fantastic views over the area. The place was very stylish and the service particularly the breakfast was great.

My partner and I were able to fully relax and enjoy our weekend away thanks to Alexandria Retreat. We felt right at home and unconstrained by the usual rules that you are usually faced in a hotel. The view was inspiring from our "pool room" and the peace and quite was exactly what we needed. I really enjoyed the joint breakfast with the other two guests, not only was the food tasty, plentiful and presented with restaurant quality but it was nice to be able to share the wonderful view and conversation.
