I couldn’t stay because of a glitch or human error with the date, called them within 20 min and they couldn’t help with changing the dates or trying to find i middle point due their no reimbursement policies. Telling me how hard would be to get someone to fill up the space even that i called within 1/2h of making the booking and 1week before the “booked “ date

The inn was just a place to sleep before flying out early the next morning. The room was noisy with traffic, trains and people coming and going. I made the mistake of having a shared bathroom 😞 We thought for what we paid it was extremely expensive and we have spent three weeks touring Australia.

Parking is on the street unless you have a small car and manage to be one of the first 4 people to arrive. If you can't climb stairs don't book

Room had a smell to it, like the carpet hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was still a lingering smell. Other than that it was okay.

We arrived to find our carefully selected balcony room booked over 2 months prior to our arrival had been 'upgraded' to a ground floor room with a courtyard. The room was larger, but dark, so did not feel like an upgrade. The lady on Reception was apologetic but unable to help as they were booked out. When I asked for refund because they had not provided the product we had purchased, she refused, and kept insisting it was an upgrade. We felt duped, cheated, because they advertised a room that was not available, did not even check if we were okay with it, and still took our money. We cut our holiday short, and only slept there 4 of the 7 nights.

The room with a view was lovely ,only problem we had was using the luggage lift, couldn't get it to open had to climb 2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage not good for 70 year olds. Couldn't get it to work the next morning for check out either. Other than that was a great little room.

The 2 bed apartment was ideal place to stay after a later arrival at Brisbane international. Was well maintained and very clean, would use again

Our room was dark & dingy. Nothing like the photos.

This was terrible, no shower or toilet in our room, falsey advertised from photo on Expedia our room looked NOTHING like the room pictured. It was extremely small, appeared to have no heating, showers and toilet were down a hallway. We left key on bed and walked out. Absolutely awful !!! Had to rebook another room after 4 hour drive from Bundaberg.

The newer building just behind original is great.

Room was very small for 4 adults but we only needed 1 night so it was ok.

Only thing you could mention Lock on bathroom didn't work Overall great

It was nice to be able to just pick up the key and go to the room without having to check in at a reception. Likewise for checking out. Spacious room with everything we needed, although it would have been good to have a few more sachets of coffee, sugar etc

The unit was clean, and nice and in the right spot for us .but we had to go buy a new doona as the doona that was supplied had blood and stains all over it. It was too disgusting to sleep underneath it.

Great place to stay if you want ants all through your belongings! We booked a deluxe 2 bedroom suite with balcony but got a wheelchair accessible suite on the ground floor with sliding doors from the single room to outside which wasn't safe for my 5 year old. We received 10 messages in the days before our stay, which seemed excessive. The first 5 repeated reception hours, which then changed to self-checkin the day before. The suite was spacious and beds were comfortable but that's where the positives end. The rooms are not soundproof and we could hear footsteps and plumbing from above and whenever a door was opened to the side of our suite. We woke up after the first night to a steady stream of ants from the kitchen table to the bedrooms and desk, and through our bags. Our food was packaged and in a zipped cooler bag but they got in there too. We asked housekeeping the following day and they gave us bug spray and said it was a known problem in that unit. A more thorough clean is also needed as there was dust, water stains on the floor in the bathrooms, spider webs with bugs behind the doors and a few cockroaches on the ceiling. Would be ok if rooms were as advertised/booked, cleaning improved and ants dealt to.
