Good

Room was nice, nice view, location was nice as well, main bed was comfortable. You get people walking past arguing at all hours of the nught or just talking loudly, the trams directly across the street also make noises early in the morning so if your a light sleeper you will find it difficult to sleep in.

It wasnt really worth the money compared to other places in the city.

PRO - Good location and clean apartment. CON - Unable to locate wifi network. Bed very uncomfortable - extremely hard.

Some furniture was clumsy, easy to trip on Lol. Electric stove top was fearsome! Views over harbour were great.

Thought paying extra for parking was a little rough

Place was clean, and fairly spacious. Communication was very poor. Rang four different numbers sent texts and left messages regarding how we check out. 4 days later no response. Place was well kit out, and clean, but significant amount of roaches. Marvellous harbour view was view of train station and harbour

Robert the property manager on-site needs to learn some decorum, very intrusive and did not explain key drop off, also made us wait 15-20 minutes to check in outside the property.

Communication about check in was poor. I had to make phone calls because i didn't receive booking confirmation until following day. Parking was a nightmare.... web said it was available, but it was not. When i asked for a refund, lady was very rude!. Our room was nothing like the pics!! Our balcony view was supposed to be "magnificent harbour view" they said... rubbish, it was a view of the tram yard!!! The pic of room we booked showed a glass balcony, the room wee got was a concrete wall.Bedroom was different to pics. Bbq was filthy with old onions & pieces of burnt food. I had to clean cutlery draw as it was full pig crumbs & hair! Shower took 3+minutes to heat up with no pressure. Vomit on footpath infront of entry door. No signs to find Carpark. Even when we did manage to get a space, we had to move spots several times. False advertising at its best. They send you terms & conditions AFTER payment, in this they cover their behind by stating that your room etc may not reflect the pics!! This should be told before paying in my opinion. There is more to complain about, but why bother, i don't think they will be offering a refund of any kind. Don't waste your time, stay somewhere else!

Perfect clean place recommended for future gold service

Modren, really clean and overall spacious 1 bedroom apartment and check in process very easy and hosts lovely. The building has good security but should add more security to the apartment door when locking from inside such as chain stopper as there is no peep hole. Bathrom quite small and no soap or other product caddy in shower which due to it being small was a bit annoyoying. Kitchen equipped minimally and I had no idea how to use microwave so suggest leaving instructions nearby. Overall though I would definitely recommend this apartment.

King bed was in spare room and queen was in en suite room. Need to swap around. Other than that it was fine/

Very clean apartment with beautiful bedding. Very comfortable. Views were lovely. Nice to have secure undercover parking as street parking restricted and quiet expensive although if it were a little cheaper that would be a bonus. Great coffee shop on corner and food shops only 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Nearly new 2 bed apartment with every thing provided, comfortable beds, clean throughout, great bbq area on top floor, would be great in summer. Would stay again. # be aware the light rail work is in progress so a little noisy during day, however no work at night!

Very well suited for families, good location, great views of the harbour, clean and comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Newcastle. Our only disappointed was all the road works, and light rail works, but that didn't stop us from doing/seeing all that was on our "must do list". Easy access to the Hunter Valley (Wineries) and Hawksbury River. 5 minute walk to station and bus services. Need to be aware about booking direct a car space before arriving if you have a vehicle

Modern and clean, great location. Walls seemed to be paper thin so neighbours kids and noise from street level was very loud and clear. Bed was very hard.
