Well as always this hotel ticks all the boxes, you stay here because it’s 30 seconds from the terminal, that’s the main reason we always do. Not the cheapest going round but all about convenience, they do include a buffet breakfast these days which was good, this was the first time we were not on a flight that was to early for breakfast, also the prices seem to be a bit cheaper than what they were the last time we stayed. As previous times, comfortable, clean, good staff ideal hotel with terminal carpark also 40 or 50metres away why stay anywhere else trying to deal with shuttles or taxis.

Very convenient for early morning airport travel, which was exactly our situation. The airport is just a 2-minute walk directly from the hotel without needing to go outside. Since we left before breakfast, the hotel kindly provided a small takeaway breakfast box with pastries, fruit, and juice, which was a thoughtful touch.

Breakfast buffet items ran out and what was there had gone cold. Rather uninspiring fruit on offer and was rather hard and under ripe. There was no decaf coffee in dining room or bedroom. Bedroom was good size and beds comfortable but room lighting inadequate. The only decent light was the bathroom.

Air conditioning in my first allocated room was louder than sleeping on the tarmac. Evident it was a known problem in several rooms and management are not seeing it as a priority to address. I feel sorry for the staff having to repeatably handle complaints about it. New room much better. Although had a tremendous amount of hair from someone’s shaver eeww. I only stay here if I have a red eye departure. Next time might rather stay Glenelg and taxi after this experience.

The staff were super helpful. I had an eye issue after traveling so far. He gave me an eye wash from the first aid kit at 3:30 a.m. Much appreciated. Then I needed to make a local call later in the morning with my out-of-country phone and another fellow helped me with my cellphone. The breakfast was superb and the beds super comfortable to boot. Truly attached to the airport, making our connections much easier.
