The room was mostly clean, but the blanket (alternative to a hot doona) needs washing. It was dusty

Great place but horrible staff that treated us disgustingly. Shame the staff are so bad as it would of been great otherwise.

I had pre-ordered groceries to be delivered to Reception prior to my arrival. The staff very kindly delivered them to my cabin and put the perishable items in the fridge. I was so grateful to arrive and be able to have a cold drink to unwind!

Place was amazing staff even better. Nothing was too much trouble. Cleanest caravan park I’ve ever stayed at.

We have stayed at Big 4 sites before so had an expectation it would be similar but unfortunately this one let us down - first of all it was soooo over priced for what we got - a tiny 2 bedroom cabin advertised as a 6 birth yet they charged an additional $300 for a 5th guest which ended up = nearly $500 a night. You’d expect more for this price like the bare basics of WiFi but there is only WiFi in their main areas which was no where near our cabin. Tiny TVs, tiny couch, tiny bathroom & shower with no bench tops to put your things. They advertised as being 10 min from the city which it’s not. There’s nothing to do in the area nor on site except for a dirty small kids pool which was not clear water and stunk of chlorine, an outdoor cinema with the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever seen. What annoyed me the most was I looked online after arrival and saw there was better cabins available which we would have been happy to pay for a better upgrade and there was heaps of availability and they were half the price of what we paid which made us feel very ripped off. For the sake of having a good time away we took the loss (of paying up front no refund booking ) and moved elsewhere and for a cheaper price than the big 4 we stayed near St Kilda beach in a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms two lounge rooms WiFi streaming devices

Had lovely stay, we had two units and both where very nice, the beds were really comfy and the Aircon worked great. Staff were great really helpful especially Loo. Park is very clean and have nice facilities. I would recommend this park to anyone wanting a nice relaxing time Van 10 and 12 check out 3rd December

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and tidy park. Only downfall was the parking was very tight and the shower leaks a lot!
