This motel was amazing. My husband and I stopped overnight on our way back to Dee Why after visiting our son and family in Wagga. Our room was great, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries. The bed and pillows were top quality. The communal kitchen with incredible appliances and the dining room were clean and very functional. Would highly recommend and give it a 10/10. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Goulburn, and it was so quiet. Thank you Black Sheep Motel. Debbie.

Loved this little motel. Very friendly host. Great communal kitchen and dining room with complimentary cereal and toast for breakfast. Room was very small but very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Would not hesitate to come back.

Shower door in bathroom on room 1 is dangerous. It is metal and sharp and when opened it cut my toe. I doubt I’m the first person to be cut by this door.

Room very cold, even with aircond on. Bedlight broken. Inside kettle was black and dirty. Bedside table was an old stool. Bathroom icy cold. Floor was sticky. Doona very thin. Shocking pillows and mattress. We travel to Goulburn a lot. Wont be staying here again.

Very clean and with a shelf serve kitchen , you can cook there for dinner, there are sandwiches , milk , everything we can enjoy a nice breakfast. And a decent room like a restaurant set up with table and chair , quiet and clean, really enjoy , the owner is always there if you need

Amazing value for money about the only quiet hotel I found in Goulburn, community Kitchen but plenty of coffee tea bread anything you really want to make a simple breakfast or a snack at night time? It was the peace and quiet that I loved more than anything I travel for business regularly and I probably will come back
