Bounce Melbourne

We stayed in a large family room. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and my son liked the bunk bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. 24hr reception.

Clean room and cozy space with curtain. There's a bar downstairs thar was nice. Regular activities.. Requested change of sheets for long stay, staff said yes but it wasn't done

We had a wonderful stay at Bounce as a family of 4. It is clean, very comfortable and is in a great location. Such great value for a private room.

Geat place. Great location. Food selection in the laneway is good. Comfy bed. Only thing that could of made it better is maybe a TV but its not really needed

Everything is prefect! Nice and clean. The room basically sounds proof. Very quiet. Got curtain for every bed, provide privacy. I rent a bed for a short stay. Only thing is I kept kicking the box above my feet when I was sleeping and woke up multiple times. Overall, I think it’s a very very good hostel.

Room was fine for a 8 people. Plenty of space which was great. Bedside USB charging port was broken and the plug socket didn’t fit quite nicely but still able to charge my stuff anyway. Amazing location being right across road from Flinders Station and near Swanston Street so taking free CBD tram was so handy.

I want a refund of my $82 as the staff member on front reception would not except my Receipt and reservation email in my phone from Last minute as well as a clear photo of my MDL (which happened to be out of date )as proper ID to sign into Bounce Backpackers . I arrived in Melbourne on a flight from Brisbane at 12PM and explained that I did not have my wallet as I was travelling light with minimal items on me as I was basically leaving my backpack at the place and it was a place to stay until 3am when I was intending to head to the Airport on the Skybus to go home after a concert which finished at 11PM . As it was I slept on the floor of The domestic Airport as it was too late to organise any alternative accommodation in The CBD such late notice on a Saturday night.

Comfortable hostel pod beds. Friendly helpful staff. Good facilities in a great location.

Great staff, comfortable, clean room and bed. Nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed at! Lots of great amenities and a perfect location for seeing the city. Definitely recommend the private rooms and the community dorms.

Clean room. Staff were friendly. Air conditioning in the room. No television but as I was only in there to sleep it was not an issue. Great location and internally quiet (train works next door less so but not disrupting).

It was a very comfortable short-term stay, especially at the price level & for what is definitely the busiest weekend Melbourne hosts. The facilities were fine & more than adequate, the staff & service excellent. The premises & room were very clean & well / frequently maintained. It was a very convenient stay especially with regards to entertainment, shopping, food & transport. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or to recommend to friends.

In leui of lockers you’ve got a lockable cabinet which you can occasionally hit your leg on, had some small cuts due to this. I can also imagine it can get hot during the winter the ceiling fans provide small comfort.
