Browns Plains Hotel

It took us one night to adjust to the noise from the highway nearby. Apart from that nice and peaceful. Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day. No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi. Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends.

Room was very clean and tidy staff were friendly and welcoming the bar and staff were great we had an awesome stay.

Room (bed a little on the hard side) was simple but had all we needed and surprisingly quiet for such a busy situation. Restaurant at hotel, very good.

Very helpful staff clean room and bathroom me and my wife been staying here most of the time we really enjoyed our time foods are excellent and good price got smart TV and microwave kettle and plates and cutlery and Woolworth and Aldi close by very convenient location public transport 5 minute walk bottle shop 2 minute from room

The people at reception where extremely rude and absolutely unprofessional The way your made to go to a dingy back door in this tiny hallway space for reception that smelt dirty worse place highly recommend sleeping in your car over this property and as far as the staff rude and disrespectful not a nice place to stay to say the least

Convenient & Clean

No issues with the room for one night. Few fixtures not up to standard, eg towel rail and shower screen roller wheels.

Very clean room staff are very helpful and friendly parking very convenient and air condition excellent

Very clean staff were very helpful and polite amenities excellent everything were very close and make life comfortable and hotel staff and service was beyond the imagination really enjoyed our time my wife like to visit again we had a fantastic rest no noise so quiet in the morning we slept in till 9am

Waited for 10 min on door and no one come to receive me. Service is poor.

Shower head was broken shower door was broken to many cockroach crawling in bed need cockroach bait and fix shower head and shower door on room number 7 it is a nice room and oh yeah there should be rule not to make loud nice before 7am in front of room 7 on weekend other than that all good if this problem fix me and my wife love staying there in weekend and get good relax and away from kids noice and disturb thank you…🙏

Room very clean and nice. Not much hot water for the morning shower though.

Everything was good only the thing is nobody told me that can’t park front of the room no1 and disturb when in deep sleep banging the door that’s annoying and moving car when you are half sleep other than that it was good next time try to explain about room no1&2 that customer car can’t park in front

No complaints of any great nature. New carpet would be good and the shower could do with an upgrade but that's not saying it's crap it's not it has plenty of grunt. The room was clean & tidy and the linen was changed daily. food in the bar was excellent with a great atmosphere. The staff with the exception of a couple were very welcoming polite and happy to help, one staff who was a standout is KAI, she bent over backwards to help complete strangers who were in dire need of help securing Maori Marae in brisbane of all places and she almost got us over the line but for the fact it was booked out. You're a star Kai thank you so much. .another staff member was Nicole the manageress she was also very helpful. In general it's a good place to crash, not flash but everything you need is here. we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Staff in Australia Day were fantastic. Room clean tidy and a comfortable bed with amenities. Food delicious. The fact they celebrated Australia Day was a big draw car why we stayed. Unfortunately the only drawback is it’s not pet friendly couldn’t stay there when travelling with the Jack Russell

Very basic low budget- shower/sleep accommodation . Suited our simple needs for 2 night stay. Close to shops/amenities. Air-conditioned room

Our stay was okay. The room was as seen in the photos but the amenities in our room was a bit faulty, the shower was small; just for one person at a time. It's decent for the price of the room. We enjoyed the stay despite the faults.

It provides convenient and accessibility without having to go far, spacious rooms and modern appliances. Absolutely happy with my stay!
