We had an excellent stay at the Bunbury Hotel. The service was exceptional. Our room was always beautiful cleaned each day and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our car was safely parked in a safe area and accessible at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return with our family in the near future.

Great view from my window albeit through a dirty window. Love the location and spacious rooms. This property could be awesome. It used to be as the Mantra. It is now run down and things are done on the cheap. As an example instead of a note pad in the room, there were a few bits of lined paper stapled?? It's a shame it has gone downhill so much. It just needs some money spent on it and higher standards.

Great location and spacious rooms. The hotel has become run down and doesn’t have the sparkling appeal it used to have. Not having a gym or passes to one will affect future stays for me. But it’s still the best in Bunbury.

Friendly staff and, although not super fancy, our room had everything we could need. Kitchenette was well equipped.
The undercover parking area felt very safe.
Unfortunately we were still too full from lunch to enjoy dinner at Silos Restaurant but it was a pleasant area to sit in for happy hour drinks.
Got a discount for the room through hotels.com and that included buffet breakfast for two which is listed as $30 per person. Nothing too flash but plenty of options.
A nice location to walk along Koombana Bay and would happily stay again.

It's easy to find parking in the area adjacent to the hotel. Rooms are nice and large, clean, not latest fashion but nothing to complain about.it feels like what you expect from a hotel in this price category. Check in procedure asking for another deposit, promote a strange feeling. It seems inappropriate and never had this before. I have no idea what guests are stealing, there are no great things in the room, only one large towel each, no bathrobe, didn't check if TVs can be dismounted. Participating in the running festival, it was disappointing that the breakfast times weren't extended as the timing didn't work. overall, it is a good hotel but price too high for a night.

Chose continental breakfast but the cold pastries were very stale and inedible. Had one piece of toast with jam and an included coffee for $24. Husband chose eggs Benedictine which were good. I wouldn’t choose to purchase breakfast again at the hotel.
