Busselton Jetty Chalets

Space was excellent, great location, friendly

We stayed here recently while attending a wedding in Busselton. The room was clean but quite small. We had booked for two couples but luckily the other couple didn’t stay with us, which gave us more space. Some relatives had a different chalet in the same complex and theirs was a lot bigger so I think they vary. The towels and bedding was clean and fresh and I would stay here again as it was well located. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

taps dripped all the time with flooding out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. kitchen taps supposedly fixed while we were out f the unit, no change.

It’s in a nice location but desperately needs a revamp. Old, carpets look filthy, not sure how often the blankets in the wardrobes are washed..

The reception although it said it would be open until 10am was not open the fridge in unit 10 was not working. We attended the office twice on the thursday and friday morning and thursday afternoon to report the fridge not working.Saturday morning a person was cleaning it was relayed the fridge was not working extra towels were provided to soak up water from the fridge from the previous two days. A female member of staff made contact she was not the manager she was extremely rude stating it was our fault we had not rung the number on the door and reported the fridge not working. No number was clearly visable on the door. Food was thrown out as a result of fridge not working .The lady who checked us in was lovely.We had to move the sofa to watch tv it hadn't been cleaned underneath. There were also red biro marks on on the bottom sheet of the double bed.

Older property but clean & close to waterfront

Nice place mainly because of its proximity to the beach/jetty. I think I was given an apartment that was cheaper than what I actually paid for and I wasn't too happy about that.

Lovely chalet. Clean and tidy the lady in reception was helpful and polite. Close to the beach.

It was a pleasant experience with very friendly staff and was a nice stay close to the main Busselton foreshore. It was very clean however before we arrived it seems someone turned off the water main so we had to get that sorted. It's a little old and is very basic but for the cost it was definitely worth it. Second concern was the living room only had 3 seats worth while it was a 4 person chalet.
