Ahead of your arrival, we wanted to take the time to share some information on the hotel, to ensure you get the most out of your time in Tropical North Queensland. Check-In is from 3 PM Check-Out is by 11 AM We offer a 24 hour reception and our friendly team can provide information and assistance with your room, our dining options, tours, attractions and transport. Simply dial "9" from your in-room phone or visit us at the front desk for assistance. Breakfast is served in our Harbourside Bar & Kitchen (located on the ground floor) from 6.00 AM to 9.30 AM daily. Our bar (also on the ground floor) is open every day from 11.00 AM until late, and our Happy Hour, called "Sunset Sips and Snacks" is offered from 4.00 PM - 6.00 PM daily. Harbourside Kitchen & Bar (including room service) serves our All Day Dining menu from 11.00 AM until 9.00 PM. Tray charges will apply for in room dining. Spend your time relaxing by our sapphire blue pool and spa pool, which is open to hotel guests only from 06.00 AM - 9.00 PM every day. We do need to let you know there is no life guard on duty and we do ask children un 16 are accompanied by a responsible adult. Cairns Harbourside Hotel offers 24/7 FREE access to our local gym - "Think Fitness". Located just 5 minutes' stroll from the hotel, this air conditioned fully equipped gym has everything you need to stay on the top of your game while you are away. Simply ask our friendly front desk team for an access key! Don't take your dirty laundry home! Extend your time away just a little longer with our "Same Day, $25 Wash, Dry & Fold" laundry bag service. Simply drop your white laundry bag off at reception by 9.00 AM, and we will return it to you by 9.00 PM the same day. Your white laundry bag is located in your room. For our guests keen to explore the heart of Cairns, the hotel offers a FREE shuttle service to the Night Markets in the city center, departing the hotel at 8.30 AM and 9.30 AM every morning, and again at 4.00 PM and 4.30 PM every afternoon. Return transfers to the hotel are also available. The hotel offers FREE on-site parking, however should our car park be fully occupied, there is ample free on-street parking on both sides of the hotel. Cairns Harbourside Hotel is a non-smoking/non-vaping hotel, and for the comfort of all guests, we prohibit smoking in bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, stairways and any area within the hotel grounds. Additional room cleaning fees of AUD $250 may be applied, and triggering the fire alarm will incur an AUD $1800 penalty. We all love our furry friends, however Cairns Harbourside Hotel does not allow pets on the premises. Accredited service animals are, of course, exempt from this policy. Celebrating something special?
