We had two rooms on 5th floor. Very clean, large comfortable rooms, with balconies. Walk to Esplanade (not close, but not real far). Restaurant on-site had good food, with very good desserts :) Plenty of parking that was covered. Pool is small and at edge of sidewalk/ road, wouldn't choose hotel for a pool resort retreat, but we would return.

The young french girl on the front desk was exceptional - the room was okay - bed comfortable - shower over bath a bit awkward and slippery - water took a long time to warm - parking okay - pub next door excellent. About 30 minute walk to cbd

The point of difference for this hotel was the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. We left a phone in the room and received a call advising that. They kept it safe until we picked it a couple of weeks later. They secured suitcases we didn’t need during a 2 week trip to the Cape. We used the washing/ drying facilities on our return, worked well. Enjoyed breakfast at the hotel which was convenient and a good pub next door. We chose this hotel as its adjacent a bus stop we needed for a pickup for our tour. It was convenient to catch buses into town. A short uber ride to the airport. Enjoyed our stay.
