Room and others are fine. But their pool area is in a terrible place not worthy using when with Family. The pool amenity is not great as advertised

At first I did not want to stay. Didn't seem the safest area. Youth in carpark talking drugs and drinking when I arrived. Hotel was willing to give refund and reassurance was given this was unusual. Well handed by the hotel.

Air conditioner was noisy. Fridge took 24hours to cool down and i had medicine that needed to be refrigerated. The bed was uncomfortable. Everything else was good.
