Easy parking options. Very clean and tidy. Every thing i needed. Very comfortable bed. Toaster kettle plates c utlery etc provided. Not far to centre of singleton. Friendly staff. Travelling solo felt safe.

Dinner was fantastic the service at the front desk was amazing the walls in the rooms are a bit thin you could here next door haveing fun 😁 and the toilet seat did not fit the toilet.

There were very hard old chairs in the room and I couldn't sit for more than 30 mins to watch TV – am elderly and need a soft seat!!! Restaurant was great! Room ws clean and otherwise comfortable. The lighting was too strong and there was no way to watch the TV in a softer light!!!

Liked gardens and outlook. Very disappointed with what was on offer for breakfast, only toast and cereal with basic condiments. Only one option of GF cereal, no bread or any other items.

Really nice rooms, bed was great, unfortunately the restaurant was in the middle of a renovation, would have been good to know this before booking. The only other issue was the traffic on the road, it was a real struggle to leave and head into town from the motel, the traffic was horrendous.
