Shower fluctuated from cold to very hot. Nearly got scolded. Staff need to check couches when cleaning as my husband found various items including a cigarette butt when looking for for something under cushions

Where do I begin? Bathroom was old and smelt like urine, towels were stained. Place was freezing cold making sleeping difficult. Elevator not working properly and made me stranded on another level. I asked to reschedule my booking to one night after due to work changes and they refused. Never again.

Was a good budget hotel. Nothing special, but it's great for getting an unber or cab as there is parking out the front. It's comfortable enough. Nothing to rave about. But it's a budget hotel. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep and be in a good spot in the city it's perfect.

Great location, especially for the theatres or the football. Apartments were ok, a bit dated and the carpet looked like it was falling apart.
The shower didn't drain properly, so filled up and leaked onto the floor. Told management one morning, but nothing done.

Check in and out was fast and efficient, staff were polite and explained the parking and room information clearly.
Walls were thin and noisy neighbours made for a very poor sleep, blind in bedroom broken so light in the face in the morning woke me earlier than I would have liked especially after poor sleep. Deposit hold can take 7-10 days to be released from your bank, that’s ridiculous in this day and is a big motivator in staying elsewhere for our very regular trips to the area.

Our room was just above reception, very noisy, no block out curtains, flashing street lights all night.
Pieces of plastic rubbish was in the hallways from when we checked in to when we checked out.
Bed has seen better days. Reslly needs replacing.
Laundry facilities is very poor and outside the hotel.

Initially had an issue in the room we were allotted to, but after speaking wuth the helpful guy at the desk hevpromptly offered us another fully refurbished room without even asking for it. We would certainly recommend this place and stay there again.
