The room had cleanliness issues however reception insisted moving me hence no points deducted. The next room needs a deep clean of couch and headboard but it didn't detract from my stay. Great reception staff. ANNE.

I stay here often as Coral Cay is my hotel of choice when I travel, because they never falter when it comes to their beautiful well presented rooms and facilities.
We had a hiccup with our room and straight away they put us in another room, no questions asked. So based on emergencies the communication was fast and friendly.
The staff are always professional and very jolly 😊

All good - a bed lamp on side of bed where the bedside table was is needed
And maybe a blind on window as only block out curtain or bare window - need draw curtain for daytime light but then people can see in
