Crescent Head Holiday Park

Cabins Definitely need some tlc, flyscreens falling off, none of the windows close properly patches everywhere, doors dont close properly

Comfortable bed, small but adequate shower & so nice going to sleep listening to the sea whjch was a couple of minutes walk away. Was pleasantly surprised by the toiletries & tea & coffee provided.

Property in lovely location very close to beach and local shops. All good except I couldn’t safely lock any of the windows in cabin 9 which made me feel unsafe as a woman travelling solo or when leaving my valuables in cabin during my outings

We loved our stay. Everything at your doorstep. Staff were amazing. The cabin was ideal for a relaxing couple of days away.

Best time every year.

Access to beach and creek. Beautiful walks and ocean on the doorstep. No boats or jetskis just serenity and family friendly. We were upgraded due to whitegoods breakdown and were absolutely grateful for the surprise upgrade as we list perishables. The ocean cabins are just beautiful and relaxing. The only thing i could fault was not enough serving dishes or bowls.

Be careful if booking a Lakeside cabin as not all are lake side , this was a disappointment as we had vans in front of us , beach was amazing

Was amazing place have always loved Crescent Head changed alot since i had been there. Weather was bad but overall great. Staff were nice maybe supply a bit more amenities for guests. Would stay again. 😍👌

I was disappointed with the way the management viewed our group of fathers and sons (8-13 year olds) this year. This is an annual trip where some Dads used to come as kids with their Dads and what we have loved about this location is that our boys can surf, fish, ride bikes ride and skateboards by day, and sit around a camp fire, or hang out together in cabin, or play spotlight on the golf course, without being supervised every minute by their Dads, who are always only 200 metres away. This year things were different. Yes, the pressure of COVID was visible and yes our boys are now a little older. They may be guilty of playing knock and run or messing up the sand in the bunkers but right from arrival, we seemed to be singled out as trouble, and unwelcomed on site. Camp fires were banned, even for one guy who for the second year brought a bot-bellied wood burning stove, and kids had to be constantly supervised. My message to the management. Your spoiling the sort of long weekend camping Australians are used to. It was sad to experience your inflexibility and intolerance and you managed to take the fun out of a fun weekend.

Accommodation dated but adequate. When i booked i advised that all those staying were adults. I was aware that one of bedrooms had bunk beds but i think holiday park should have made up the bunks plus advised that accessing other than bottom bunk required any adult to be a contortionist. Whilst attempting to make up the bunks gave us a good laugh one adult had to sleep on the sofa as climbing in and out of second or third bunk proved too difficult. Would have been fine for children.

I love the location. But I think some aspects of our cabin could do with an upgrade.

Park is close to everything. Cabin was comfortable & had everything we needed but could have bathroom updated.

Cabin was clean and bed comfortable. only blinds provided on windows which meant that the bedroom had to have the blinds down all the time for any privacy. Cabins are showing their age with peeling paint in bathroom. No TV reception and limited downloads allowed on internet. 'Ocean side' cabin was facing the amenities block with no real view.

Cabin a little old but ok description could be better thought 2 rooms. .main bed in main room
