Room was spotless and huge . Very comfortable bed. Short walk into town . Mount Gambier is a lovely , friendly town and well worth a visit

A very unique property, spacious suites with lots of amenities and touches, fully updated, easy walk to breakfast at partner hotel which also had a very good restaurant for dinner. Close to all the sites in Mt. Gambier. If you are looking for a special spot to spend a couple of nights this is its!

Property and room was exquisite. Unfortunately we were greeted by a very curt and rude staff member who seemed upset that she needed to wait for us to travel here for the evening on a long weekend. She phoned us 3 times confirming our arrival time. We told her it would be around a certain time and she mentioned to us that as it was a long weekend, they wanted to leave earlier then the stated check in time. When we checked out the next morning, the cleaning staff was there at 10:59am and the check out was 11 am. We felt SO rushed out and rushed in. And additionally, the kitchen staff were also wanting to rush us out. For the money we spent on this place, it was very upsetting. Perhaps consider staying in the Commodore, an adjoining hotel which was much cheaper.
