Office staff was very helpful with early check-in. Due to arriving early i physically seen the cleaner scrubbing etc and she didn’t cut corners. Room was definitely cleaned and smelt good! From the office to the cleaners all staff were accommodating and friendly.

The staff were lovely, however, the apartment was really dirty. The walls were dirty, there were greasy finger marks on the kitchen cupboards, thick dust and grime on skirting boards and cupboard tracks, pencil drawings on the bedroom door. Bathtub was not functional. No air-conditioning in the second bedroom which gets super hot from the morning sun. The fan in the second bedroom is not fully functional. The curtains were old and dirty. The apartment in general needs a deep clean and a re-vamp. Absolutely NOT worth $280AUD per night. I was quite disappointed, but as it was a short stay, we chose to stick it out.

Bed was terrible to sleep on Floors were dirty there was a sticky greasy film on the floor. Was in a good area there were restaurants accross the road. And shopping centre not far from motel.

The place was run down definitely nothing like the photo on your website. Extremely disappointing. I asked for an invoice/ receipt and as at this time I haven’t received it. The room was small and the lounge chair was extremely well used, should be thrown out. Like I said don’t believe the photo on your sight because it is false advertising. 😩

You get what you pay for and this was the cheapest family room in LOGAN on a Saturday. Clean and tidy but needs some maintenance. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Amazing stay, the rooms were so clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Only down fall is the location of the hotel because logan can be a bit iffy but that absolutely isnt their fault. Beautiful stay, my partner and i left very happy.
