I didn't like how the second carpark was not accessible without the help of the staff to open it. That being said, the staff were very helpful in opening it. The price was good and the spacious and well fitted. Will stay there again.

Still needs TLC but service was very good. They looked after my luggage for a couple of weeks between visits while my car was repaired. Pool needed maintenance... broken ladder but a good spot for a dip.

Had a better room this stay than the last one for just $10 more. Bigger bed, nicer ensuite. The place was not as noisy as there were fewer kids staying. Free WiFi provided.

Motel was cheap and you get what you pay for. We couldn't find the switch for the main light until the next morning so made do with the bathroom light and 2 very dim bedside lights. One plug socket didn't work so we had to unplug the fridge to charge our devices as the only other sockets were at floor level, too low to be able to plug usb under, or in the bathroom. The room was comfy with a double size bed and a single. There was a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. It was adequate but a little tired looking. Water was nice and hot for the shower. The walls must be thin, we could hear the family in the next room and their battle to get their toddler to sleep!

A short stay to resolve travel issues (my car!). Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and had a comfy bed, good aircon and a great shower. Generally an older place that needs some TLC for the little bits of maintenance to spruce it up but nothing to stop me having a safe, relaxing and quiet stay. The BBQ was convenient and the pool looked good (weather was too chilly to test!). The room was limited to tea/coffee making only (not that unusual) though - for my stay - a toaster or microwave would have been good, though shopping markets and many eateries are all very close. I'll be staying again in a couple of weeks with no hesitation.

No frills, this is a place to simply hang your hat or rest your bones. If you're looking for a motel close to city centre this is it. If you need extra comforts you should look elsewhere.

Some updates to the room, outside seating area nice, very close to all shops, restaurants etc. Early check in unavailable and then when we arrived after advised check in time, reception still had to go see if our room was ready. Room has small fridge, tea/coffee, milk. Plus plates/cutlery if eating in room. Large spa excellent but bathroom vanity needs updating (water damaged). Overall good for the price paid.

I received no prior instructions for check in, leaving me standing iutside a locked propert at night. Thankfully another guest came along and helped me. Rooms old and caroets in particular need cleanibg. Bed comfortable. Desk staff not very efficient.

There is a range of accomodation options here. On this occasion had a carpark facing ground floor room so any nighttime conversations, engine noise and car door noise transmitted easily to the room. It was fine for me so this is not a gripe. More an advisory for the light sleeper travelling without a vehicle so not needing such super easy access to a carpark, ask for an upper floor room facing an inner courtyard if available.

The Motel is conveniently located in town, a short walk to Coles and Woolworths, as well as the main mall in town where there are cafes and art shops. The Motel itself is clean but basic. The gates are shut at night however from my room you could hear them being open/shut by other guests. It felt safe. Unfortunately, both times I stayed here, the shower only had cold water in the morning (it had hot water at night).
