The property was extremely clean and well kept. The beach was literally across the road and the centre of town was just a short walk. Extremely good communication from the owners and would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The apartment was what I imagined, it had everything a traveller would need and more. We had an ocean view which is what we were looking for. It was central to a lot of attractions, easy to find. Enjoyed our stay at the property and would highly recommend .

We were not disappointed with our stay at Island View Appartements. It had everything we wanted from a holiday destination. Very well located, well equipped (except for a clothes dryer), and quiet. We would recommend !

Actual place and location are great. However, missing utensils, 1 trashbag, no dish detergent, and hand towels with more holes then fabric left just doesn't cut it for the price.

Stayed here for two nights in early Dec. There was no reception, so it would be good to check your email (or junk mail) for the code. There was only a partial view of the coast from the second floor. Location was not too bad - a short walk to the jetty and a short drive to the middle of town for food and groceries. Apartment and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Parking is free, just outside the apartment.
Remember to clear the bins and rubbish before checking in.

Loved the location, layout of the apartment was great but the blinds in the bathroom needed cleaning, the curtain in the bedroom had mildew stains on the back of them and the lounge curtains. The interior needs a complete make over as its looking very tired .

Kitchen is always hit and miss. An odd assortment of very big and rather small saucepans (at least they were stainless) & kitchen utensils. Low grade cutlery. I text the manager re blunt kitchen knifes, excessive scale in the kettle, no veg peeler and gas fumes around the stove (turned out there was a small leak) Wayne (manager) was quick to rectify these issues - Thanks again
Kitchen tap leaked and hard to swivel handle
Had a water view over the top of the apartment in front. Shame the balcony was at the back of the property overlooking a vacant block and small housing estate.
Could not operate the BBQ according to instructions. The control dials came off!
I wonder if holiday complexes think to conduct periodic appliance checks to make sure all are operating correctly, BBQ gas bottles are full and units have full compliment of decent kitchen utensils.
Bedrooms were very comfortable, as was the lounge room and dining area.

Gorgeous views of the harbour. Magnificent sun rises. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Really appreciated a full kitchen and full sized fridge. Washing machine was a bonus too. Aside from being a little noisy, being on the main road, everything else was very good and we had a great stay.

Good central position, walking distance to shops, promenade along the ocean and close to jetty. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds. Clean. Great laundry. Plenty of towels.
However, missing a lot of basic needs in the kitchen. Eg paper towel, chopping board, trivets, serving bowls.
No free connection to Netflix.
Some of the power points need to be replaced.

We enjoyed the ease of getting to the waterfront walkway. However the traffic along the esplanade (which our unit faced) during the week was not for us. Morning and afternoon seemed to be quite busy. The unit itself was pleasant with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning is not in the bedroom but only the lounge. There was no dryer in the designer 1 bed unit which has an ocean view.

A good place for a rural stay. It was fine and comfortable only bad thing was the internet was unusable. It seems to be a shared service across several apartments and at night it’s just not usable. 4G coverage was also not great but it was at least usable for emails

room layout. We really enjoyed our last visit in 2017!
Now in March 2025, the rooms and facilities are in urgent need of renovation. Very poor and very dirty windows, cupboards and furniture badly damaged, taps did not work, washing machine with bad odour. Basic cleaning only just done! We cannot recommend it to others.

We stayed in a wonderful apartment facing onto the foreshore. It had everything we could need and was very comfortable. The Island View Apartments are in a really good location close to everything and although our apartment was by the roadside we were not at all bothered by noise or traffic. I’d definitely recommend it for a stay in Esperance.
