Clean room and courteous staff

Great value for money, spotlessly clean and very comfortable .

This property seems caught in the 1979's. The welcome at the front desk was warm. The one-bedroomed apartment had limited parking. The apartment was comfortable with a large bed in the bedroom and smaller bed in the lounge. There were facilities to make your own breakfast. The bathroom was quite basic with a floor which needed a steam clean. The shower was surprisingly good but the water drained away very slowly. All-in-all a comfortable stay with prices that don't match the amenities.

Lovely staff and good room

Room was clean and tidy. Wasn't expecting much at the price but would stay there again due to it's location.

We were allowed early checkin which was much appreciated. Room was newly renovated, spacious & large clean bathrolm. The heater was great & very quiet. Overall a good room

Was missing a light globe but otherwise very good and clean

Internal walls arey sound proof

While most staff were absolutely lovely, my room had stab marks and slashes in the wall as well as smears of something red brown coloured on the walls as well as hairs still under the toilet seat and scum all over the shower, the mini fridge was disgusting and I had to pay a $200 deposit on a $122 dollar room that was putrid. And I honestly feel this review is generous and forgiving.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Both in need of a revamp, but not a consideration for not staying. Receptionist was fantastic. Extremely hospitable and accommodating. Good value but a lot of street noise. Probably would stay again.

Good value clean

Slow service, slow internet, dints in walls, a $200 bond that was not shown on the booking before arrival, bad location and locals that wanted to get into our room, their bar is just one mini fridge with a slab of drinks in it.

A couple of the facilities were not that great but overall a great stay.

Property was filthy dirty shower disgusting pillows yellow, they would not replace it stated don’t have any more.left after 1 night as I was booked for 2 need to get refund but no one is there or answering phones. Drug deals fights make standing at my door at 6am collecting cigarettes buts out of ashtrays , extremely scary night did not feel safe at all . Disgusting motel would not recommend it at all .

Room was cold, so hard to get to sleep. No microwave oven. Needs more path from car to room (room 4) to avoid having to walk across dirt path. Had to ask for milk. No biscuits!

The owner was friendly and helpful with directions. The staff/cleaners were very helpful, polite and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel.

A very average motel in need of repairs. No towel rack in bathroom, slope of bathroom meant water ran out into living area. Freezer in small fridge completely iced over taking up half of fridge space. Lamp shade in tatters, bedside table filthy and sticky. People allowed to smoke on balcony outside rooms so smoke constantly drifting in. On positive side, reception staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and rooms are cheap, and hotel convenient if you need to be in Footscray area. With new hospital opening around corner, some investment in upgrades would yield a quick return for sure.
