Amazing hotel, well worth its high rating. We stayed in a corner king room, which was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, within easy walking distance to ferries, the harbor, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. If anything could be improved, it would be cleaner carpets, but overall this was an excellent stay and a perfect base for exploring Sydney.

Amenities were awesome, sauna, pool, coffee in the room, A/C was pushing clean air, without any smell, like in the other hotels. View was astonishing to wake up with, looking at the Opera House and Harbor. Everything was clean and shiny, personnel was neat and cared about every details to take care of you and your room.

Small touches are appreciated. Night stand contained electric adapters for US devices, turn down service every night, brought bottles of water when they cleaned the room and at turn down. They had umbrellas available at the entry.
