Wow wat een toffe ervaring. Nette kamer. Veel dierne op het terrein. Vooral in de avond veel kangaroes. Mooie bbqplaatst. Fijn zwembad. We hebben echt een top verblijf gehad!

Room was spotless, grounds were wonderful. Very quiet and relaxing. Little surprises were very appreciated, don’t want to ruin it but if you love animals and nature but want some luxuries of home, then this is the right place for you.

Great place to stay for families. Kids were in their element with all of the free games and activities. Plus all the animals, it felt like a farm stay.

This property was very mixed. Nice animals if you have kids. Unfortunately, we were allocated a "very tiny house" which was too small to be comfortable for 2...smaller than a normal hotel room. And with no insulation it took 2 hours to cool it down to be habitable and the day was only 24C outside. We ended up leaving after the second day.

Gorgeous property. We stayed in one of the tiny homes with beautiful views.

Warn and comfy for our overnight stay. Looks very family friendly and the Grampians are a delight.

Good outdoor area, loved the game room, the internet was really bad, the owner was nice. Room couldve been cleaner

There was little animal farm feeding for the children 830am every day and easy to access outdoor fire and sitting area by a central lake as well as area for bit of golf range practice all on your doorstep and each family stay at their own individual unit is great for privacy and great communal area. Down side is cleaning is very average.

Such a comfortable family escape to the Grampians. This was the perfect place to stay. Close to restaurants. Quiet. Farm animals and kangaroos on premises. Affordable. Very clean. Soft generous towels. Separate living and dining space in the cabin.

Halls Haven was a hidden gem with many surprises. It was hard to see from the initial images online just what the setup was but they are cabins set around a central pond. The pond is dark and potentially deep, so a consideration with small children but a great place to relax with a little pontoon with chairs. We made salad rolls each day and ate our lunch in the sunshine on the pontoon a couple of times with friendly little Fairy Wrens asking for leftover crumbs. The property has a wide range of animals and at feeding time each morning children are welcome to 'help'. Free ranging peacocks and an Emu plus a friendly Roo. Playground area, swings and family pedal bikes are all available free of charge. Kangaroos free range in the paddocks. Kids would love it here. Also a common rec room. The cabins themselves are basic and older style but comfortable. We thought we'd freeze overnight but we were very comfortable in the bed even without aircon.(We stayed in early August and scored magnificent weather). Exhaust fans in the bathroom would help with condensation. There are two larger cabins for families with up to 3 children and the rest are for two people. It was well priced compared to other accommodation in the area and would be a great place to stay for multiple families/couples travelling together. Not walkable to HG but a very short drive. The owners were very helpful and friendly and take pride in the place. We would certainly stay again on our next visit to Halls Gap!
