Liked the two doors opening up the room .. just a general note a wipe of the skirting boards in room… maybe a plant or something to brighten the outside private area of the room … ash tray not cleaned and we don’t smoke
But great over all staff very helpful

Staff were pleasant but cleaning was absolutely non existent. I understand it can be difficult to have staff over the Christmas period however, if that’s the case, why advertise rooms?

room was clean, facilities i.e. bathroom/toilet is dated - soap/shampoo racks are rusted, floors looks unclean perhaps because they are old; corners are not clean. place needs refreshing. Cheaper accomodation, yes but more of "you get what you pay for.."

The actual room was similar to the photos in the ad apart from no wardrobe/ cupboard. The bathroom however was a different story. It was incredibly narrow such that if you stood by the wash basin, someone opening the door would bash into you. Also it looked a bit grubby and dated. The tap was loose and hard to turn on.
