When booked we requested joining rooms or rooms next o each other, called the day before to confirm and was told this was completed. yet we were booked on separate floors initially then on check in were changed to the same floor yet opposite ends of the hallway without any apology. service needs work. facilities were great and location amazing

Went to check out early in the morning (Thursday 6am) and the lounge area's tables on L7 were covered with empty beer bottles and food wrappers from the night before. Very unappealing for that time of the day

First time we have stayed here. Great location and very quick walk to the city. Nice breakfast and car parking was cheap. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Melbourne.
