So thoughtful and kind. I was so tired and was greeted so warmly, welcomed, and given such a nice room with the beds made just so and a nice cup of tea. Everything u needed was there, everything worked, the windows had fresh air, and the parking spots were generous. Had a lovely chat with the owner in the morning… a great country-type motel in the city. Grateful and will be back!

The good! Room was big and had a king size bed! Shower water pressure was great and hot!
The bad! Room was dirty and so was the property - like a third world country! Furniture was old and stained! We regret opening the cupboard under the sink in bathroom! The whole property was run down and grubby! And as we were coming back to our room an Asian working girl lets her client out of her room! Yuk! I would stay away if I was you and wotif I really think you should not list this place! The only reason we booked was because we were attending a function at the hotel across the road!

Unit in poor condition. Curtains not hung, crockery chipped, very sad. Only good things good beds and linen and position. The smell of cigarettes from the veranda into the rooms was nauseating. Have stayed before for the convenience but it’s getting very shabby - sad.

Awful - room stank of cigarette smoke, like it had been smoked in every day for 10 years. Every piece of furniture was stained and dirty. Public hair all over the bathroom floor and surfaces, and the shower was mouldy. Probably the worst hotel I've ever encountered. Avoid at all costs

I have never experienced a place like this. It was disgusting. I didn’t even put my bags down! There was mould in the bedroom and bathroom ceiling, the sheets were stained, curtains didn’t close and it was so run down. It would have been a health risk to stay there and they should not even advertise rooms to rent in that sort of condition. Would not give a full refund.
